Samantha performed annual AC and Heating maintenance on August 7th. She is a friendly, knowledgeable and competent technician. Over time, the AC outdoor unit gradually became so loud that we moved out of the master bedroom to avoid the noise. Sam diagnosed the problem, replaced 2 minor parts for about $100, and the unit is now amazingly quiet. We have used Climate-Tech for all of our 6 years in North Ridgeville and will definitely continue.

Ben and the rest of the staff were great. They worked together to solve the problem with my pool heater. I was able to get a quick appointment, unlike my local pool place. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Furnace was not kicking out heat and it was single digit temperatures. Had somewhat of an emergency situation and called Climate-Tech. Ben was sent to my house at 8PM and could not have been anymore professional and kind. After a trip to Avon Lake (at 9:30 PM) to pick up a part and a few hours later, Ben had my house heating up like the furnace was brand new! I’ll never forget what he said, “I’m not leaving until we get your heat on.” Wow! We need more Ben’s in the world. Thank you, Ben.

Great company, great service, and most of all great people. They have serviced my HVAC system for the past 5 years and just installed a new furnace this past week. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service or installation.

I had my pool heater cause problems so i hired this company 3 days before Memorial Day to fix my heater. Well the Friday before the weekend there tech gets hospitalized and they have no one else who can fix my unit. So instead of getting unit fixed for the weekend we will have to wait until I don't know when to get it fixed. I understand people get hurt or sick but to have 2 man hold your company hostage like that is unacceptable.

Ben Deike serviced our a/c yesterday. He did a great and thorough job! He was very informative and friendly! I would definitely have him and Climate-tech service all of my HVAC needs! Awesome Job Ben!
