I’ve used this company several times and got a new furnace and air conditioner and last time a new kitchen faucet. I highly recommend them. Also Connor Burns was very professional with a great personality.

Fry Heating came the next day after I called which I really appreciated since it was in the 30's. Larry Millinger inspected my 36 year old York furnace and informed me that I was in need of a new furnace which happened to be another York which made me happy because the old one lasted so long. Mr. Millinger did not use any high pressure sales tactics which I appreciated. I recommend Fry Heating and Air Conditioner. Every one I came in contact with were professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service Mark provided for me today. Apparently I blew a fuse in the furnace while servicing my whole house humidifier. Lesson learned; leave the HVAC jobs for the professionals. My furnace is up and running again. I would highly recommend Fry Heating & Cooling. Arrived in a timely manner., professional, and friendly. Reasonably priced and affordable service.

The serviceman, Shawn Morris, was very professional and considerate. He did furnace maintenance at both my place and our rental property recently. Our tenant was calling us at the time he was arriving to try to cancel her appointment, but he handled the confusion well, and the tenant agreed to have the service. He rattled off a long list of the bits of maintenance he had done when I asked on that occasion, and was patient with our old-fashioned ways: paying by check and having a paper copy mailed. At our place he honored our request to leave the furnace filter and humidifier pad alone, as they were newly replaced. We have found Fry generally helpful, but did not like the fact that we were not offered many options for a new air conditioner a few months back when they told us the old one needed to be replaced. It was a different serviceman then, and it was a busy time of year for AC service.

We called and had a tech come out within the hour for our heating issue. Austin was an amazing tech and explained everything to my husband and I. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed HVAC repairs. We love them so much we are getting the VIP maintenance plan. Wish we could give more than 5 stars.

we had something majorly wrong with our heating system approaching the holiday weekend and we were expecting subzero temperatures. Our 4 little kids would be freezing on Christmas. We had called around and only a few companies worked on residential water boiler systems and some did not service in our area. Connor Burns from Fry heating and cooling was able to come out the same day and he stayed for over 6 hours getting everything back up and running in tip top shape. He genuinely cared that we got our heat back that day and that it would be at a reasonable price. He made sure we only had to replace a few parts and was not overly "salesy". He was incredibly knowledgeable about water boilers. It was impressive. He also was willing to teach me as a homeowner who has never had a boiler system, some of the basics as to how it works. He was courteous and professional around our kids. We've tried other places for our HVAC needs and they are fine, but with our new house, we will be calling Fry Heating and Cooling and asking for Connor Burns in the future for all our maintenance and repair needs.
