Mark McCrory was very professional, quick to discover the electrical problem, clear in his explanation and very effective in fixing the problem promptly at a reasonable cost. I will definitely ask for him again. I love Fry Heating and Air Conditioning.

Larry came to conduct an inspection and prepare an estimate for an unusual and challenging boiler job. He was consummately, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We really could not have asked for more. The whole experience was also enhanced by Fry’s text communications concerning the visit, the advance phone call, the text message with Larry’s picture and GPS so that we could see when he was arriving, and more. Very impressive.

Nathan came out today to repair my AC unit. He was professional, communicated exceptionally well and was a good listener. He explained all details and took care of my problem in a timely manner. Thank you Nathan!

Thank you to Adam and Conner along with Sean for the installation of our new furnace and air conditioning unit. Shawn Morris was our technician for our A/C unit. Shawn was not only on time but very professional and knowledgeable during the repair. Shawn knew the exact problem without even looking at the system based on my vague description. Shawn explained everything that needed to be done as well as preventive maintenance that myself as a homeowner could do as well.
