Fry Heating & Cooling

Our stress is over. After contacting numerous other businesses and not receiving any return calls I called Fry on a Saturday afternoon. My call went to voicemail and within 15 min we received a phone call back. We were to send over photos from our heater and air conditioning unit. We received a call the next day and someone was over to troubleshoot. We previously were told our blower was out and no replacement to be found. Fry told us the same thing but were there to help us invest in a new air/ heating unit .As busy as they were they kept us in the Q when our unit would be in. A few days later we got a call with a date and time for installation. They were here working hard for two solid days. They protected our floors and rugs and were not only professional but personable too. Two extremely nice guys. I want to thank Fry Heating and cooling for helping us out after three weeks of searching for a fix. Our many thanks to Tom Newton and his trainee helper Cole. It was a pleasure having you both in our home. Thank you for what you do. ! !

We were without hot water. Larry came out after hours to get us going through the weekend. He told us we needed a new water, heater the other one was worn out. Nonetheless we were able to take hot showers over the weekend and he took care of our needs immediately by getting our existing unit to work at least temporarily. Fry Heating and Cooling was able to come back out on Monday to install a new water heater. Everything works perfectly! The installation and workmanship are as expected. We would highly recommend this company all of your Heating, cooling and plumbing needs!

Craig came out on the 4th of July to service our AC unit. Even with a 25 yr old AC, he was shocked that it had no coolant leaks, and was actually running very well...once he quickly diagnosed and fixed the main issue. Didn't upsell or pressure anything, and explained better than most techs do. I definitely recommend Fry Heating and Cooling!

My A/C went out during a hot spell on a weekend. I tried calling several places and Fry Heating and Cooling was the only repair shop that could come out in a timely manner. A few places I called laughed and said it would be three weeks before they could come out and just look at my unit. Fry came out in less than two days, and my family and I appreciated the quick response considering the circumstances. The technician was quick and polite. Overall great experience with Fry, I would recommend highly.

Mark, and his partner Larry, both did a tremendous job installing my new Bradford gas water heater.
The did it the same day I got an estimate in the morning. They were knowledgeable and thorough and even put down a tarp to keep my carpet clean, when removing the old one.
Took less than 3 hours, including cleanup.
Our family has been Fry Heating and Air Conditioning customers since the early 70’s. We always received great service for our Furnace, AC, and water heater. Shawn was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, explained clearly what we needed, and got our water heater and furnace up and running again after a flood. We will definitely use Fry again!

I was very impressed by Larry Millinger and Fry Heating and Air. Larry is very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest in his HVAC skills and estimates. He was the only representative from area HVAC companies that actually looked at the windows, existing system and lay out of the home. I would highly recommend him and Fry Heating and Air for boiler installation.
