Fry Heating & Cooling

I have been using Fry's for some time now and have never been disappointed. Marc was absolutely professional, kept me informed of the goings on as they happened, and even showed up about an hour ahead of time for the no heat issue I was having. Kudos to Marc and will be doing more business with Fry's!

Mark called me just before showing up informing me he would be arriving soon. When he arrived he explained to me what he would be doing then proceeded to do it. After installation of my humidistat he explained to me how to use it. Then after he finished I asked how to install my new thermostat in which he gave me great advice in detail. I thank mark very much for his professionalism.

The Technician diagnosed my problem right away. Offered explanation of my problem and showed us a picture that he took of my problem. Gave us the cost to fix the problem. He had all materials on hand to fix it and did in a short time.
he asked if we needed any questions answered before he left.
What else could a customer ask for in a positive experience?

Mark McCrory from Fry came right out to fix my boiler. He was courteous, clean, and thorough with his work. Problem was resolved in about an hour. I am grateful for his workmanship and his knowledge of fixing the problem. Thanks again,

We have used Fry twice in the last six months. They are responsive and professional. Shawn Morris has been our technician for both calls. He clearly explains what the problem is and what needs to be done to remediate the issue. Thanks again for keeping us warm and cool!

Larry has serviced our boiler and air conditioning units since their installation many years ago. He is on time, professional, and thorough. It is good to have the quick response and honest answers to our questions and concerns.

Austin was great he was very efficient and Explained everything he did. We will call him back if we have any troubles with it again Or if we need a replacement. Nice friendly guy thank you.

The workers were very professional and answered any and all questions that i had thought of pertaining to the water heater repair. They were very nice and talked about what they were doing to insure that i wouldnt have any serious questions about what would i have to do in case of a situation where they wouldn't be able to come right away or when i would need them to do so if the situation arose for that to happen. They were helpful and didnt take long to do their job. It was a quick and efficient one and done job (from what i saw) and where in and out before i knew it.

Adam and Connor did a very nice job installing a new water heater for me. Thanks guys, appreciate your professionalism and getting the job completed in a timely manner. Adam explained in detail how the new system worked and answered all questions I had. I would definitely recommend Fry HVAC and will use them again if I need any heating and/or cooling services.
