Austin was awesome! My furnace stopped working the night of the snow storm when the wind chill hit -30 & my house was freezing. He got to my house within an hour of making the call to their dispatch, diagnosed & fixed the problem in 20 minutes & it's working great. Will definitely be a repeat customer if I have anymore issues.

Shawn was very knowledgeable and nice. He cleaned the furnace, changed the filter and was in and out. He also explained the importance of keeping my vents clean. Thank you Shawn

I appreciate that Fry generally always sends the same technician, so they can get to know your system. They also call before they arrive which is appreciated, as well as send a picture of the technician so you know who is coming to your house.
