I couldn’t help but review - We are beyond impressed. Our technician Chaz gave us such a helpful tips to prevent future issues, and he was so incredibly honest and did not try to upsell us. We will not be using any other plumbers in the future. Honest, knowledgeable and business with integrity- hard to find!

Did not have to wait all day for them to arrive and tech was very friendly and professional and did a great job.

Called two days ago. They showed up late. Took pictures and left. Supervisor was supposed to show up and didn't. Then they were supposed to be here today at 9 am. Supervisor showed up, no plumber. Supervisor gave me a really high estimate on work that might need to be done. Then five minutes later. Changed the estimate. Started at $4500. Ended at $6,672. I would not do business with this company if you paid me.

Had a small five minutes furnace repair that they charged me $371 for

Way too expensive for me.

Background: I have been having issues with my garbage disposal, sinks, and toilets all backing up into both of my showers. For several months. I have had 3 other services come out to unclog the drain but to no resolution.
I called eco plumbing and they where nice respectful and honest. Then gentlemen that came out was so sweet and understanding. He was able to locate the clog/sludge that the other companies missed. He gave me cleaner for my drains to help prevent this in the future as well. Glad I called!

I had a leak in my upstairs shower. We went with the 3rd quote and had all new drains installed. The condition the plumber left my home in was not satisfactory. My home was filthy and he did not put the toilet back on correctly. Also he accidentally knocked out another wall while trying to get out the old drain and didn't tell us.
**Update** Someone came back out to clean up and is supposed to be fixing the wall. I will update upon completion.
**Update 11/12/22** Eco Plumbers fixed my issues and was satisfied with their response. It did take awhile to get things rolling but after some time everything was fixed.

Very friendly and helpful. Our guys even entertained my little kids as they were fixing our faucet 😄

Elijah did a great job solving my toilet issue, he was also respectful wearing boot covers and swapping them when leaving and entering the home.

Mike and Chaz came out on separate occasions for snaking drains two different ways - both very professional and friendly! Prices were reasonable and service was quick! Will recommend and call again if needed!

He was friendly knowledgeable flexible and willing to listen to his customers concerns comments etc.
