James was awesome at breaking down pricing and very thorough to avoid any surprise costs for my family.

Everything about my experience with this company has been top notch. They are easy to reach, quick to schedule and helpful in explaining everything. And they diagnose the problem and fix it in the same visit. I highly recommend!

Chris was super nice and had a guy with him (assuming someone he was training because he was explaining things to him as he was doing it) told me what the issue was and wasn't able to fix it today (need to order parts) but was very helpful. Definitely recommend and would use again 😊

Adam was very thorough in explaining the different packages. I originally needed my water heater replaced. Turns out Eco also does HVAC units!

DO NOT USE ECO. I had eco come out to repair a clog in my main drain. However upon jim and nics arrival I stated which clean out they were to use to access the main drain. They stated the drain they were going into was fine. So they went in through the wrong clean out drain broke their snake cable in my drain and then tried to charge me over $7000 for excavation of my yard. I went with a different company who stated excavation of my yard was not needed. When this was reported to the BBB I spoke with the VP of ECO Adam Holliday and expressed I felt I was scammed. Adam stated an “attempted scam is not a scam.” It is most definitely still a scam and they are taking advantage of their customers.

Received an excellent estimate from Brandyn/The Eco Plumbers to have a gas line put in for my new gas range. Brandyn is a great guy, very knowledgeable, punctual, and helpful. He came in and got the job done!!!! Now, I'm ready for my range!!!!

Nick Castorano was excellent and extremely thorough. Will definitely be using this company in the future.
