Been a customer and service agreement holder for about 13 years. Never had an issue until the other day. A tech was out the next day and completely took care of the issue. David Amos was the guy and he is great.

Courteous service staff. Arrived when scheduled. Performed scheduled work as expected. Reliable.

The owner, dispatch, tech were all very professional and they were the second company I had out. The first company told me it would be an $1100 repair after 30 min investigation. I wanted a second opinion. Patriot came out and after an hour and a half David found that a ground wire screw was loose and fixed the problem for significantly less money and the system is now working great. We have heat!!!! Patriot air will now have my hvac business moving forward. It pays to be honest and have the customers best interest at heart instead of selling something that isn’t really needed.

The technician came out and fixed the settings on my thermostat. This was something that I should have done on my own but they didn't care, they came fixed it and showed me how for future. Amazing company!!!! Amazing People!!!
