I scheduled to make an appointment online. Their office followed up immediately and we scheduled for the next day. They confirmed the appointment and they let me know who was coming and when they were coming while they were headed there. David was my HVAC technician and he was professional, on time, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the unit in less than 15 minutes! Wouldn't hesitate to use Patriot Air again! Thank you!

Came about 1 hour past the scheduled time. He was friendly and efficient and identified the problem in about 5 minutes. The AC unit needed a part which he had with him so he was able to fix it right then. Overall pleased with the service.

Patriot Air has always treated me professionally, not condescendingly. Fair and transparent pricing; knowledgeable, honest, competent, and polite servicemen; and good communication from the office are some of the perks of working with them.

I had multiple estimates and multiple companies come out. This one was the least pushy, while also being thorough. I was only going to get a new AC but had them quote me on both anyway.. they came in significantly cheaper than any other company for sale product. I also checked all the negative reviews for each company and this one didn't really have any. I highly recommend Patriot Air! And Daniel, our rep was great through the whole process.

Patriot Air Comfort Systems saved the day! Our furnace broke on one of the coldest days this winter and it was a Friday. They were able to get a wonderful associate, David, to our house within a couple hours. He was such a courteous, friendly and knowledgeable associate. David was able to locate the part and fix it quickly and efficiently, so we had heat! As our nine-year-old son said “David is the best…he saved the day!”

Patriot installed a mini split heater/air conditioner. Scott and David were very friendly and professional and told us everything we needed to know to operate the system. We were extremely satisfied with their service! We can't wait to get the heater going! Thanks again!
