The associate they sent over, went by David, is a great guy. Real plainspoken. Quick and to the point. Absolutely a group I'll call again next time we have HVAC issues here in the house.

He was in and out within 40 minutes and everything is looking great.

Patriot Air did the original install when our condo was built in 2017, and I have always had them do the twice yearly check up. Scott is great, explains what he is doing and why, and is very personable. I have always been very pleased with their service.

It was GREAT! Explained everything he did as he was locating the problem. Was comfortable with my 3 dogs and was a very pleasant person. He was also very informative which I greatly appreciated. He was a pleasure to do business with.

The service provider arrived earlier than expected, which was very appreciated. He was professional,knowledgeable, and honest. The repair was completed quickly , with a follow up conversation of the work that had been provided. In the future, we will always use Patriot Air for any need or to make referrals. A neighbor recommended Patriot Air and I’m so glad they did. Our furnace stopped working and the temps were dropping quickly in the house. I was able to schedule an appointment and the tech arrived shortly after I had called to schedule. Scott Carrozza was amazing! His customer service was excellent, he answered all of my questions and even taught me a thing or two. Highly recommend!

AC decided to stop working. Called Patriot and they were able to get a tech out to us quickly.
David was knowledgeable and knew immediately that my unit had a bad capacitor before he walked in the door.
Had an upgraded capacitor ready to go, and installed in no time.
Very friendly and professional! It's a pleasure to have a service call where you didn't feel like you are being ripped off.
