This is my first experience dealing with Franklin Heating & Cooling, and it has been a pleasant one. From initially dealing with the Owner Bob, to the installation of a state of the art HVAC System (Furnace & AC Carrier Brand) at my home in May 2023. The installation was very smooth, and all that were involved were very professional and informative. The project was completed in less than 8 hours. I would recommend the Company to anyone that might need their services.

The installation guys were so professional, dependable, personable and did an awesome job. They spent time explaining how everything works and answered my questions..

I called Franklin Heating and Cooling because i originally had dealt with Logans Heating and Cooling who came out 5 times and couldn't resolve my issue on a less than 5 year Trane unit they installed. They basic told me, it just needed to break before they could fix it. I was so happy I made the call to Franklin. The tech came out and went through what he was seeing. He wasnt afraid to call Trane directly to get they opinion on next steps. They pointed me in the right direction to get the ac up and running (I didn't feel like they were nickel and diming us like Logans) along with making some recommendations on how to prolong the life of the ac which we went ahead and did. The ac seems quieter and less stress on the system. Thank you so much!!!!!

I got 5 quotes to replace my HVAC system, Franklin blew the others away and saved me thousands of dollars. The actual equipment is quality Carrier product, the estimate was free and they didn't try to up-sell me like many of the other popular HVAC companies in the area, and the install techs were on time and extremely professional. I'm sure I will be a customer again, highly recommend!

I use Franklin for all my heating and cooling needs. Their twice yearly preventative maintenance keeps our system working efficiently and gives me considerable peace of mind. When our AC recently developed a leak, they responded promptly and determined that a new air conditioning unit was the most cost effective solution. I had them replace the furnace also since both units were reasonably old. All members of the team were great. Thank you to everyone at Franklin.

TLDR: Skipped my appointment after giving me less than 5 minutes to return their call

Franklin was recommended to me by the previous owner of my home so I used them last fall for a fall tune up without incident. This year, I called and scheduled a tune up and they scheduled me for 2 days later. She said she would give me a call to let me know when he was on his way (no mention that I needed to answer in order for him to be sent out). She said that I would be the second service call of the day and he should arrive a little after 9am. I scheduled time in my day to be free and waited for his arrival. I was working from home and had a few things to do. At 9:54 I looked at my phone and saw I had 2 missed calls, one from 9:49 and one from 9:52. I immediately called back and she said they’d sent him on a different call because I hadn’t answered. It is their policy to skip you after giving less than 5 minutes to respond! She said I could be the next appointment but couldn’t give me a time and I had things to do. Unfortunately they don’t seem to value their customers’ time even though they’ve serviced this home for years. I waited around almost an hour for them but they couldn’t give me 5 minutes to call back. Very disappointed and will be scheduling with a different company for a tune up and replacing my heat pump.
