Ray was friendly, professional and on time. He was honest with me about our 19 year old AC and what it may possibly need in the near future. This is the 2nd time we have used Franklin and we will use them again.

We had a great experience with technicians Shane, Eric and Devan. They were extremely hard working, courteous and professional. Joy, in the office, was very helpful and easy to communicate with as well. Bob, the owner, came out to give us an estimate and was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, he also came out to get the team started when the work began. I will not hesitate to call Franklin for any future needs, great job done at a fair price!

I had a great experience with Franklin Heating Cooling & Refrigeration. We had a furnace and AC unit installed. Dan provided the quote and was very knowledgeable and answered my husband's calls when he had questions after work hours. Shaine and Raphael did a great job on the install. They worked very efficiently and fast. They cleaned up as they worked. The job was a two day job but they didnt leave the area messed up knowing they were coming back the next morning. They neatly positioned all the old furnace pieces so we could still move around in the basement if needed. I highly recommend this company and ask for Shaine and Raphael too for the install!

Gentlemen arrived on time and got right to work. Very polite and respectful. My old heating and cooling system needed replaced. They were able to remove and install without disturbing my work. Bobby and Justin were awesome. I recommend Franklin Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs new or just service.

In that time they have installed new a furnace, a new Air conditioning system, and done maintenance and service for our entire HVAC systems. They are always knowledgeable, professional, and on time. I would recommend Franklin Heating and Cooling to anyone. I have had such disasters with contractors, that the moment I first met with Mark, I knew Franklin was different. Mark sold me on the product that was right for my home and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary upgrades or HVAC systems too powerful for my home. The meeting with Mark was straight-forward, no-pressure, and professional. His quoted price continues to shock me by how competitive it was versus others in the industry.

The installers, Donnie and Ryan, were fantastic. They appeared right on time, had all the equipment necessary, communicated with me throughout the process, and installed the new HVAC system the right way the first time. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products. I continue to be extremely pleased with their work.

You guys were amazing very friendly explained everything to us and even showed us how to program the new thermostat. We highly recommend Franklin heating and cooling.

Chris was very professional and helpful. He came out twice due to our heater trying to ignite despite the AC being on. He initially swapped out thermostat for us and then came back out the next day to replace our furnace switch board. Both times he was very helpful, informative, and professional. Thank you so much!

Franklin was very responsive on Thanksgiving week to help me with my heating issue that would have caused me not to be able to host my family this year (socially distanced). They promptly scheduled me, were on time, genuinely nice people, Jim was efficient and effective with a can do attitude. An excellent experience-highly recommend.
