I only leave reviews when I am extremely impressed or disappointed, I expect good products and services. Franklin Heating & Cooling deserves your business for a multitude of reasons. They are completely honest, won't over sell you, provide very competitive pricing (thousands below my first estimate for a better named brand system), everything throughout the process was smooth and as promised and installation crew (Bobby & Devon) were well trained, polite, professional and patient. They weren't in a hurry to get out of there, they were more concerned about making sure we understood everything about our new system and we're happy to teach or answer any questions we needed. They are a small, locally owned, family business. I personally would never call another heating and cooling company other than Franklin! Thanks Team Franklin!

Franklin replaced our steam boiler and did a great job. Their price was fair and they ordered and received the unit in just days. Installers Bobby and Justin were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Franklin for your project.

Having some previous experience (over 40 years ago) in the heating, cooling & refrigeration field, I decided to tag along with Shane as he installed my new AC system. I was pleasantly surprised with his ability, his knowledge, and his work ethics. He taught me a lot about all the changes in the industry over the last 4 decades. He was very thorough, didn't take any short cuts, and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Franklin Heating Cooling and Shane for your AC installation!

It was easy make an appointment to meet my schedule, I ask them to call when they were on the way and they did, and they showed up when expected. Their pricing is very reasonable and less expensive than other companies I called. Aaron was very professional and polite. I appreciate that he was thorough but also efficient. This business is absolutely wonderful! I loved their employee Donnie, and the owner, Bob!! My furnace broke and they replaced it and got it working again! I am impressed how fast the job was! My house is beautifully heated again! I STRONGLY recommend them and I always will. Thank you so much!
