New build. Wasn’t hooked up before entering. Technician was quick and explained why us wasn’t which was perfectly understandable. The receptionist was more than helpful in getting me in same day. Thank you.

Very pleased with all aspects of service form quote to install. I was informed in detail what needs to be done and how it will be done. Each representative from Patriot Air that I delt with was informative, extemely friendly and professional.

Been using Patriot foe almost 5 years. I am the Maintenace Manager for an apartment community and rely on all the people at Patriot to keep my residents comfortable during the Summer and Winter months... Would not use anyone else here !

Unable to repair at the time of appointment but technician troubleshot the entire system to narrow down to a part that needs ordered. Very thorough and great communication. Will definitely be my go to company.

Allen was on time, very professional and respectful. He interacted with my dog and kids as if he was family and I really appreciated it. He went through every single option he could to diagnose the problem. Because of Allen, I will contact Patriot Air again when needed. Thanks!!

My furnace stopped working on a Wednesday and we were going away for the weekend so it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Patriot Air comfort systems got back to us very quickly and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and fix the furnace the next day.

The service was quick and easy and the technician was able to diagnose the problem accurately (a failed circuit board) and within a couple hours, everything was up and running again.

I would definitely recommend their business to anyone that needs repairs done in a short quick timeframe and done correctly.

Dave was great! He took time to explain everything to me without talking down to me. He worked around my schedule and when I was running late, he actually called me and waited the few extra minutes I needed to get my furnace back up and running properly before a cold winter night. Definitely recommend!

Heat went out wed, called patriot. Came out Thursday morning, technician went through step by step and found issue, heat exchanger, decided to replace furnace, they came out Friday afternoon and installed so I had heat before weekend started. They we're efficient, and neat and did a great job. They also helped with my insurance claim

They are great. They did a furnace and HVAC install with no issues. They also repaired my water heater for a fair price.

Patriot Air was incredibly responsive and the technician (Allen) that serviced our system was both knowledgeable and professional. He not only fixed our issue but also walked us through how to operate our system more efficiently. We had a great experience and appreciate the quality service!
