I called spoke with Kelly at Patriot Air Comfort System she was able to send someone out the same day within an hour. Tech Scott came out on time and was very helpful and informative in what was going on. He was able to fix the issues. I would used them again and I would recommend them.

Heat was not fully heating the house and throwing an error. David came out same day, diagnosed the issue and ordered necessary parts. Parts were not available for 3-4 days, so David found a replacement from another unit, and came back to install it within 24 hours. He quoted the work accurately, spent time consulting on future care of our system, and gave us some tips to save money on care and maintenance. He was transparent, clear, honest, and helpful.

David was our tech today. We had a thermostat that needed replaced. Due to an unavoidable issue we were not able to finish up today, but David was very upfront with me. Very courteous and professional. I look forward to them coming back and finishing up. Thank you!

This is one of the best companies we have ever done business with. They are honest and responsive to whatever we need. They have the nicest people working for them. Every one of them that came to our house did a good job. The person answering the phones and scheduling is also friendly and helpful. They have installed new furnace/ac as well as 2 new water heaters. They maintain all of it with a yearly service contract. This is a five star company.

David came this morning, he was up front with everything, very kind and professional, and was able to troubleshoot and diagnose our issue quickly! He had the parts he needed at hand, and went over a guestimate before he started the replacement of our thermostat. We will absolutely use them again for any and all HVAC issues!!!

Kelly listened and gave great advice on how to approach our repair vs replace. David was knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired our system as promised and on time.

Patriot installed our HVAC system, and we’ve had to have them out to fix a couple minor things (once the furnace and once the AC). They were really responsive and while getting the things fixed was obviously most important, the technicians seemed to go above and beyond to explain the issues and were just quite friendly overall .

Scheduler (Kelli) and serviceman (Scott) again were fantastic. We received high quality furnace maintenance. Our home is ready for fall and winter. Thank you Patriot Air.
