Friendly and professional over the phone. They sent a tech sooner than everyone else I called and at a cheaper price. The technician was on time , professional , and friendly. He diagnosed the issues quickly and was able to quote me on a fix. He fixed all the issues quickly (there were several) and had us up and running again in no time. I would recommend Patriot Air to anyone for heating and cooling needs.

My furnace died in the middle of the night with outside Temps below zero. I had called several places and left messages hoping to get someone as soon as they opened. Patriot Air LLC was the only company who responded. The time they scheduled to come out i had Fallin asleep from being up all night due to the furnace. As soon as I woke up and realized what happened I called them and they understood completely and came right out anyway. They did a great job and had my furnace fixed within one hour.

A real person answered the phone, thanks Jenny! David arrived within the hour, ready to work and answer my questions and concerns. Polite and competent, he fixed the problem and took information in case of future problems or replacement. The bill was very fair. Will certainly do business with this company again. Thanks David !!

Patriot Air was able to get a boiler for our apartment complex up and running even though it was an older system. We also just had two Reznor heaters installed in our new 8,000 square foot shop. Great service, fair price, and they know what they are doing! We will use them again!

Patriot Air has gone above & beyond for furnace repairs, air conditioning & water heater replacements. They are honest, fix the issue the first time and are great to work with. Give them a call first & save yourself time & money.

My furnace broke on a cold winter day and the techs Patriot Air were at my house in less than 12hrs. They were very professional, confident, knowledgeable, and polite. I greatly appreciated their service and the speed at which they were able to diagnose and replace the faulty gas valve. The bill was a little higher than I expected, but it was my first encounter with a furnace repair so I had no prior knowledge of what range to expect. I will definitely call them again for future needs.
