As of this review, this is the second time I have called this outfit for service. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable at what they do and yet friendly and courteous. If the need arises, I will call them again.

Patriot Air was very responsive and urgent when we needed our air conditioner fixed. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend their service to anyone that needed heating or air conditioning repair. Very competitive service prices.

Great service and fair pricing! They installed a new furnace and were in and out in one day. It is working great and keeping the house warm well into winter. I plan to go through them again when it comes time for a new AC.

Tom and Travis were not only patient with explaining everything to me but they were also very tidy! After an initial visit with Tom, I trusted him completely to be in my home when I couldn't be there. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Our boiler pilot light was not working and it was after 5PM. I called and Tom answered and he was over within the hour to get my boiler up and running. Couldn’t be more thankful as he got it up and running just in time so I could put my 10 month old to bed in a nice cozy warm room.

This is the second time that we have used Patriot air and both times the service in response was excellent as well as their communication! Anyone leaving a subpar review for them based off of my experiences is just looking to leave a bad review. Highly recommend!

Travis came to Casselton on time and knew exactly how to get our air conditioning unit up and running again. I called on a Monday evening and my unit was running again by 3pm. Thanks for great service!

We have an old system that was in need of a new valve. We called Patriot and Tom came about an hour after our call, changed the valve, and tried to remedy some of the other problems. Again, it is an old system and we will need to continue this process. Thank you again for your prompt response and professional help.
