Precision went above and beyond my expectations. The toilet leaked after installation, and Precision came back. They found out the toilet bowl was defective. The plumber they sent took the time to return the bowl to the dealer, fill out the necessary paper work at the dealer, bring back a new bowl and install it. He then spent additional time testing the new bowl over and over to make sure it did not leak. We have always used Precision for our plumbing and heating needs and will continue to do so.

The Review

Did not remove shoes or wear booties, did not wear mask or clean up after self, did not call, showed up 2 hours early (we weren't ready, but expected only a 15 minute inconvenience). We had requested a bid/estimate, worker performed unauthorized work that didn't fix our problem. Worker was uncommunicative. I'm giving 2 stars because the manager did listen and work with us to reduce the bill to a more reasonable price given the highly unusual and disappointing circumstances.

Awesome customer service and technicians! Furnace went out yesterday morning and several other places I called indicated they would not get to me until next week sometime as we live about 30 miles out of town. Called Precision and they were able to get someone out to me the same day to diagnose what was wrong. Unfortunately they did not have the part needed to fix on the spot, but were able to locate the part and come back out the next day to get the furnace up and running today which was fine as we had off-peak electric backup heat to keep the house decent enough.

Always have had great service and quality work which is why I was very surprised when a service person showed up to my condo with no mask no gloves and no concerns. Because of serious health issues and my age I’ve been sheltering in place for almost 60 days and to have someone come in and potentially put my health in danger is very upsetting. I asked and was told they don’t do masks and he didn’t have any. When I called the supervisor he said that I needed to request the gloves and masks. I did but service tech had none. Considering the fact that this is a very contagious and dangerous virus and the fact that by nature the service people are going in and out of many places this is very dangerous and unprofessional and disrespectful. Not even a hand sanitizer. Unbelievable.

Joe went above and beyond for helping us with a furnace. His customer service was amazing. We’ve also used their plumbing services and it was great. They could the time to answer questions and explained it to me as the below average knowledge base homeowner :) I will recommend this company to anyone. They deserve 10 stars. Thanks again!

Scheduled plumbing work in my home, was contacted the afternoon before the job and told they were backed up and need to reschedule to 8 days down the road.

When the new date arrived they were suppose to be arrive at 8 am. After 4 phone calls and 50 minutes of waiting for them to show I finally got a hold of someone and was told they were still backed up and not going to be coming and would once again need to reschedule but couldn’t give me a timeframe of when that would be.

Will be finding someone else to complete the work.

My family called them when our heat went out. Made an appointment and everything. The commercial advertises them being reliable and on time, they never showed up. We were sitting freezing in our house waiting for some guy who never came. Called D&B electric from Casselton and he came the next day and fixed everything for us! So I would give zero stars for zero service but I need to put one star to post my review.

I have had Precision Plumbing come to my home for two different jobs. Both times they were very courteous, professional and on time. A year later July 2019 had them come out and put new valves for the main water shutoff and washer water shutoff-very polite and efficient!

Sometimes when you buy an older house things come up you don't always know much about. Well that happened to me and after wondering around to store after store finding no one who really could help me...I called an electrician. They were able to give me accurate information over the phone and helped me to make an informative decision. Now I have hot water again! Thanks Randy! If I ever need in home help, I'm calling these guys.
