Absolute Precision Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Ken and Brad are a solid team, they were true professionals from start to finish. I had them work on my existing heating system. Their stellar customer service was exhibited by their excellent communication, thoroughness, and honesty of my options. They gave me an assessment of the issues and we agreed on what needed to be done and they fixed the problems in a timely manner. My heating system is now completely fixed and it has been greatly improved because of their efforts. I will only be hiring Absolute Precision Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

I had Absolute Precision replace me hydronic boiler and hot water tank. The owner was on vacation but responded to my inquiry right away. He came over to do an estimate right away when he got back. He said he would install the system the following month. That mint I was traveling a lot, but we were able to adjust our schedules so I was present when the work was done.
The work was very neat. all work was done on time as promised.

I chose this company to install my heating system. I removed an old forced hot air system and added baseboards with an indirect hot water heater. Initially the company owner was very responsive and helpful. He made recommendations as well before and throughout the installation. Customer service wise, I have no complaints against this company.

The reason for the bad review is the quality of work and the attention to detail. It was clear that only one of the workers was actually a professional, and even he did some sloppy work by the boiler. The others seemed as if they were training on the job, just very sloppy work overall (as you can see from some of the pictures).

The system is only 1 year or so old and every day I notice new things that bug me about this installation. For example: the pex pipes are not always attached to the joists with clips. I have sections that are just hanging loose because they did not use clips to secure. I told the owner before starting the work that I need to see everything neatly installed. Didn’t happen. The rookie plumbers just took the shortest path as if to save pex piping. The copper pipes by the boiler are also not installed straight. It just looks awful. My other complaint is that prior to starting the work, the owner said they do maintenance as well. One year later when I called, he said he has no staff to do this. To complete a $17k project he had staff. For $200 maintenance, I guess it wasn’t worth his time.

In my opinion, some of these positive reviews seem inflated. Definitely not 5 star quality of work, sorry Ken.

Bryan from Absolute just did a new dishwasher install in my unit. Everything went smooth. Besides doing the install, Bryan was super helpful by giving me all sorts of tips on how to avoid breakdowns of the dishwasher, my disposal, my heating system and the plumbing in general.

In addition to the above, Absolute was here last fall and did a new water heater and thermostat install. And about a year ago they did a disposal install. I was very happy with all these services. Having Absolute's refrigerator magnet on your refrigerator is something I would highly recommend.

Bryan did an amazing job getting our toilets replaced! Thoroughly cleaned all the backing surfaces for us and answered many other plumbing questions. Highly recommend.

Great experience each time. They show up when they say they’re going to, they stay in budget, they are high quality. Bryan did work on our main water line to incorporate an irrigation system. He was professional and respectful of our home, including of our two curious cats.

Bryan came out to help us with a small issue. He was on time, professional, courteous, and efficient. Had our issue solved very quickly and even was able to help with another issue since he solved the original problem so quickly. Pricing was more than fair as well. Would highly recommend.

Bryan arrived on time and did excellent work. Honest and direct. I appreciate that he gave me options before letting me commit to the work. The piping looks clean and sturdy to my untrained eye.

I’ve worked with Absolute several times and it’s always been a good experience. I had two very old toilets that needed replacement. Bryan was out quickly to review the job and give me a cost estimate. He was back a few days later to install both. He is great to work with and answered all my questions. I'll happily use them again in the future when needed.

Bryan was the plumber who came to our house to fix the heat in the shower. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. I will use absolute precision for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
