Guy always responded and/or showed when he said he would. We did our (somewhat) due diligence and got a 2nd quote; it was almost 20% higher than DeNardo's quote, for the same equipment. I am very pleased with the installation, it works well and I would definitely recommend them for any work.

They were tasked to replacing our furnace, condenser, adding a return and a 2 zone mini split. They couldn’t get the return done, had to hire another company to do it. The other stuff they did an ok job based on the price. The maintenance and repair fees they have are ridiculously EXPENSIVE. A rip off. Steer away from them after install. When I asked the owner why I was charged 300 dollars for a 30 minute service he said “it was because I was there to diagnose the problem”, which also took him less than an hour. Not to mention after that he said he was being very “generous”, obviously in a sarcastic way, very disrespectful. Go somewhere else for install and specially MAINTENANCE, you will save money on both, there is nothing special about this company.

After my AC unit died, I reached out to DeNardo to explore the possibility of upgrading to a heat pump. Guy was knowledgeable and very timely with phone calls and email to make me feel comfortable with proceeding with the work. The installation process went very smooth as well and was delivered per the estimate. I am very happy with the work performed and would definitely recommend them.

DeNardo Heating and Cooling sold and installed two new Fujitsu Air Source Heat Pumps on my home on 8/27/2021. There was an approval process through Reading Municipal Light Dept and Abode Energy Management for obtaining rebates worth about 18% of the total cost. Mr. DeNardo was involved in the total project from quoting (giving me 3 options) to installation to registering the units with Fujitsu to submitting the proper paperwork necessary for the rebates. He listened to my concerns regarding placement of one of the units and made it work to my satisfaction with no additional cost. A job really well done!

I have been using DeNardo heating and cooling for years for yearly Maintenance and service because the level of knowledge and care the owner and his workers provide. Have needed them to come out for no heat, water boiler replacement, and yearly maintenance, and they are always on time and very fairly priced. Highly recommended 👌

Very grimy company. Has helped my landlord on more than one occasion make illegal modifications to the heating system in my unit. Whenever I see their truck in the driveway I get very upset because I know they're here and up to no good. Me and my landlord are feuding, and there's a correlation between every time this company shows up here and things going wrong with my hear/hot water. If you're a landlord and you want to torment your tenant - then this company is the one for you.

I called DeNardo Heating and Cooling on a Sunday night for no heat and it was working by 7pm the next day!! Who does that ? Excellent service and I wasn't robbed when it came time to pay the bill. Thank you so much !
