Great customer service with quick response time. Travis came out to our house within three hours of us contacting Patriot Air - even on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem very easily for an affordable price. Would recommend them to anyone! Life savers when you’re in a pinch with your AC going out on a 90+ degree day.

Tom and Travis receive a 5 STAR! I contacted Patriot Air LLC based on reviews on he positive reviews I had seen on their website. When I called, Tom answered immediately. We needed a new AC and Tom followed through with the project from start to finish. Tom is dependable, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. Tom and Travis’ work is spotless, and our living space was kept clean. When I asked Tom if he would come back if the AC didn't work. His response was “We do a good job, so we don’t have to come back again." We are enjoying our new quiet AC 😊! Thank you Tom and Travis.

They installed a central air unit for me. They were truly fantastic. From my first call being received by the receptionist. To the initial visit and quote and the great crew on the day of install. Everyone was kind, respectful, responsive and just downright easy to work with. I highly recommend Tom and his great crew at Patriot Air.

Our furnace was blowing cold air and of course it happened on the weekend. I had never used Patriot Air before but decided to call them based on their reviews. It was starting to get cold in the house and Patriot Air was here within an hour of when I called them. The tech fixed the problem in hopes that we would have heat through the weekend until they could install our new furnace right away on Monday morning. They were happy to answer all of our questions. They showed up on time and we had a new furnace within 5 hours. They were super clean and very professional. I highly recommend them!

This was my first time using Patriot Air and they will be my new go-to! A/C went out and no one in town could fit me in for a week and we had a very hot weekend coming up. Travis was so kind and worked with my schedule to fix my A/C at 4:30 on a Friday. He made me feel like a valued customer and didn't rush just because it was the end of the day. Price was very reasonable and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Travis came with his minion to provide a furnace inspection service. Both guys were very polite, best of all they were trying to be quiet, as we work from home and I didn't even have to mention it. Travis had to come back after a part came in, didn't waste any time getting the work done on the Air Conditioner

Tom and his team were very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job on our air conditioning as well as our air exchanger. They came out (within 2 days of calling them) and did both jobs in a day, and before they left they explained all the features of both units to us and made sure we were happy with them. I highly recommend them since the price was also very reasonable!
