    I will never use this company again, no matter the cost of everyone else! They repaired our AC coil inside the house. The job took forever and had to be continued a 2nd day because he ran out of fuel for his torch. Then another tech had to come out a third day to fix the leaking pipe. The technician did not know proper solder.
    35 days after repair our AC stopped working. Frog Pro told me it was working fine because it's normal on a 90° day for the house to get up to 75° inside (set on 70°). When I still demanded they come and check it out I was given the run around. I went through our warranty service to get help and had to pay an additional service fee because I was outside of the 30 day guarantee. So frustrated with their lack of quality service and customer service.

    STAY AWAY - They are conmen.

    Furnace died on a Saturday, three days after moving into our new house. Our home warranty company sent us to Frog Pro. They completely missed 4 appointment windows over three days. Eventually they came out, told me the entire unit needed replaced (not a surprise, it was clearly in bad shape). After many days of back and forth they said our home warranty would cover most of the cost with my "share" being over $4K. Completely by coincidence, I called the home warranty company for an unrelated matter and found out that my claim had been DENIED! Frog Pro waited 5 days to even submit the claim (telling me the entire time the home warranty company was the problem), then they lied to me about the result.

    Frog Pro claimed that the total price of what I was getting was $11K, with the home warranty covering the difference. But the home warranty wasn't paying a dime (claim denied), they were just charging me the entire amount while claiming that the equipment was much more expensive than it actually was. THIS IS A STRAIGHT UP SCAM! They talked a good game, the tech seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and by this time we had been without heat for over a week and I was ready to write the check. It is only by accident that I found out.

    I am completely floored by this behavior, it isn't just poor customer service, it is FRAUD. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these people.

    EDITED TO ADD: 3 months after I left this review, Frog Pro sent me a series of bizarre and frankly unhinged text messages threatening a lawsuit if I did not remove this review. It got weird. I already thought you should stay away from this company - but wow, did that reinforce it! Do not hire these people!

    This company was scheduled through my home warranty which that is another issue that would require more time and energy. Anyways, I would recommend that anyone looking to use this company should run the opposite direction. They are the worst of the WORST. Originally The company was supposed to come between 9am-11am. When they didn’t show I called the company to check and they told me that they are busy and the next available time would be 11am-9pm. That is a 9 hour gap, which I thought was unheard of. When I asked if they could do it sooner there response was if I don’t want it then to find someone else. I would’ve gladly but I couldn’t because it was the weekend and the next available person through my warranty wouldn’t be available until Monday. Since I really had no choice I waited and waited AND waited patiently. Well, let me just tell you that my patience didn’t do much for me. Why do you ask, because the company never came and of coarse I called them again and again and again. After several tries someone finally answered and when I asked what happens this time they had the nerve to tell me that my service request was cancelled. Explained to the company that we did not cancel and we still NEED our AC fixed they said they will try to still come. Waited for a few more hours, by that time it was already almost midnight and no one showed up or even had the decency to call me to let me know that they are not coming. Let me just say they SUCK!!

    After our home insurance assigned Frog Pro to come out to check why our HVAC was blowing luke warm air we promptly got online to read the reviews of this company. The overall 3/5 rating coupled with multiple 1/5 ratings calling out professionalism and responsiveness as opportunities left us skeptical and concerned.

    Frog Pro contacted us within the 1 business day quoted time frame and provided excellent service that ended up requiring zero extra money to fix our HVAC issue. The technician, Bear came out and was timely, kind and professional and advised my husband that out unit simply required cleaning. He then showed my husband how to spray down the unit and saved us from paying a lot of money for a maintenance issue that first time homeowners are often unaware of.

    I'm grateful for his honesty, friendliness and getting our A/C up and running all in less than 10 minutes

    I am not one for leaving negative reviews, so I'll keep this to the facts:

    Chapter 1 -

    We requested service through our Home Warranty and were asked to indicate our availability. We chose our top 3 times and heard nothing back for days. So, we called and got an 11-3 time slot and I took the afternoon off work to meet the tech.

    Chapter 2 -

    We got a 12:00 estimate on the day of our repair, so when the tech wasn't there by 1 we called to check on the status and were assured they'd show up. 2:30 rolls around and we were informed by the same person that our appointment had been cancelled and needed to be re-scheduled. So, we pushed the appointment 2 days forward for an 8-12 time slot. My girlfriend took the day off work to meet the tech.

    Chapter 3 -

    Our rescheduled appointment day arrived and when no tech had arrived by noon, we called again. Got the same receptionist and were told we were next in line. No tech by 3:30, so we called again. We were told they were behind and could be out by as late as 9 pm. No tech ever arrived. No call. No apology. No reschedule attempt. No effort to make it right.
    No explanation.

    I am glad your business is doing so well that you can treat my family like this, but I hope you'll just be honest with your customers moving forward. You could have turned our business away and we could be much more comfortable by now with working air conditioning. Instead, it's been 9 days of hassle and we'll be seeking help elsewhere so we can finally get a tech out here.

    Our warranty company sent them out - first visit went pretty well; they had to come back out - Made multiple promises of paperwork being sent to us by end of business - never showed ... had to call multiple days - cancelled one appt- they wanted to replace our unit, but we could never get calls back .. So we asked them to just repair the unit; they said they would call us by end of day Monday to schedule - they still haven’t called, even though we’ve called multiple times this week to get it scheduled - no answer, no return calls.. Now my air doesn’t work at all - and no, they won’t be replacing my unit because they’re so unreliable... I would strongly recommend you not to use them ....

    This company has been a joke since working with them August 2018 when they installed our AC and Furnace. When we needed them to come look at our AC to see why the upstairs is super hot compared to downstairs I called and set up an appointment. 5p-8p they were a no call no show and I called the next day to see what went wrong. She claimed someone stopped by but no one was home......lie. We have a doorbell camera to prove it and I was home since 2pm that day and no one called me. So I set up another appointment and yet again a no call no show. So when I called the company to figure out what’s going on magically she said he would be heading our way (past the appointment time). Sorry but the lack of communication is ridiculous and you just don’t show up past the appointment time and you should call if you’re running behind. So yet again set up another appointment some guy stops by he checks the unit inside and out and said well no leaks you can set up another appointment and we can further inspect and do a tune up. It’s fairly cheap and I ask how much and his response was a couple hundred. Mmmm yea so two failed appointments for a hardly 15min visit to tell me no leaks when I called about my upstairs. The guy never went upstairs he never checked out the vents. And you think I’m going to set up yet another appointment with a very unprofessional company yea think again and for people looking for a AC/Furnace company RUN!

    FROG PRO IS TRASH, DO NOT USE THEM.

    BACKGROUND:
    My home warranty sent Frog Pro out to fix my furnace. The technician looked at it for about 3 seconds, claimed it needed a bunch of parts, and then left. Their service desk person then called me the next day saying my home warranty would cover replacing multiple major parts on it, OR they could replace the unit in which my home warranty would cover about 70% of.

    I decided I wanted to go with replacing the whole unit (its an old Concord), so they sent me an invoice for the balance I owed to replace as well as the info on the replacement unit. I wasn't a fan of the unit they were going with and wanted a second opinion.

    The next week I contacted my home warranty as I wanted to go with the other contractor I had called and the home warranty company said Frog Pro hadn't even contacted them yet with the plan/issues. I then had to call my home warranty every day for a week trying to get this info as Frog Pro kept delaying sending the info. By this time I was without an operating furnace in a cold period for almost 2 weeks and I was working from home.

    After a week of calls, Frog Pro finally sent the details to my home warranty and come to find out, my home warranty was only going to cover replacing the parts not the whole unit.

    So Frog Pro LIED to me, claimed my home warranty was going to offer replacing the unit when they hadn't even talked to them yet, and home warranty actually didn't agree to do that.

    I eventually went with my other contractor and just had the whole unit replaced with a Trane system and am waiting for my home warranty to pay out for the replacement of parts.

    FRO PRO is completely unprofessional, they LIED to me, failed to communicate properly with my home warranty, and they took a week to respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Frog Pro Services was used by my home warranty service to repair my air conditioner. They responded quickly, set up the appointment on same day and arrived timely. Tony was great and solved my issue immediately. He double checked everything and didn't leave until I got cold air from my AC unit. Thank you Tony!!! I had a great experience and would use them again in the future.

    The technician tried to repair our compressor, broke it further and then said the part would have to be ordered. The company made no effort to repair system timely and we have been without AC for 4 days now with heat index over 100. They have no after hours number and won't call you back.. DO NOT USE THEM.
