    We were No called No showed by this company. We waited all day for a technician to arrive. Was told 11am. Called at 5pm to confirm someone was still coming , they said they’d have the technician give us a call 30 minute out to let us know he was on his way. Giving two stars because the representative was nice. We were afraid to leave our house all day today and miss a call. It’s now 7:35pm . It would have just been nice to have received a call notifying if a technician was running late or if they’re were not arriving at all. We’re pretty understanding people. We get things happen, but this was a little disheartening. Their office is of course NOW closed. We had no choice but to go through this company. It’s the only option American home shield gave us for our area. After calling AHS, they are working on rescheduling us with this company. Hopefully we can give a better review the next time around.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'd give no stars if I could. They run a scam to get quick home warranty funds and then do not support the work they've done. They replaced my old A/C system under my HSA warranty. It does not work. My house is now at 78 degrees with 100 degree heat outside. Meanwhile, FrogPro Customer Service does not pick up the phone.

    They did not inform me of any risks to their approach or any quirks with operating a new system. When I called for repair under the warranty because the A/C was not cooling the house, I was told by an individual named Richard Kelley that "no A/C system will ever cool your house below 70 degress." When I told him that was a lie, he stuck to the claim. I have since gone elsewhere, and the other company confirmed it was a lie (and I know it is based on mere experience).

    Lawsuit forthcoming.

    10/10 do not recommend this company. They had been assigned to us after filing a claim with AHS. Come out, tell us our heat pump is bad on our 20year old unit(totally believeable, and I did see the leak.) So we thought this was gonna be an easy process. Nope.

    Our brand new unit is not putting out any air to the house. Call them back, after trying to get in touch MULTIPLE times, them telling us they'd call us back, etc.. they finally come back out almost a week later and tell us we need a damper on our furnace(after we paid the 3k out of pocket for this new heat pump). Funny, we've never had one before (apparently) and our unit worked fine for the last 3 years we've lived here.

    So they then told us they have to file a claim for the damper through AHS and they'd call us back. Almost another week goes by and still NO response. We finally called AHS and said we want a different company. But of course, since they started the job and it's not up to par or complete, they have to finish it. AHS also had no proof or knowledge of the 3k out of pocket we had to pay to Frog Pro, and that frog pro put in the comments that THEY couldnt get in contact with US, when weve been trying to reach out to them and their tech this entire time. This company is an absolute run around. Now we get to enjoy the 90+ degree weather heading our way without AC. Hope my sisters asthma doesn't act up too bad!!
    I can't believe with all these negative reviews, American Home Shield continues to use them for their services.

    Our experience was very similar to most...Horrible! We ended up taking legal action and now they are facing Contempt of Court charges.

    HORRIBLE COMPAY! Do not book with them. Gave me the run around. Stated my appointment was from 11AM-5PM. Called around 1:30pm to make sure someone was still coming out for my AC TUNE UP appointment. Guy stated tech will be out around 2pm-5pm. Once it got close to 5pm I called again and the same guy stated that the tech was running a little behind should be there within the next 30-40min. WAITED AGAIN. Still a NO SHOW.! Called the company back multiple times and NO ONE ANSWERED. By this time I believe they were closed. American Shield was the one who dispatch this company to do the AC TUNEUP which in turn had me pay in advance. Called American Shield and they tried calling the tech. They finally got ahold of the tech and they stated he will be at my house around 7pm.... Started to get close to 8pm and I call American Shield back to make a complaint and get my money back! 1st time customer with FROG PRO. Very unprofessional! I wouldn't have never booked with them in the first place knowing that other customers had the same issues but American shield stated that was the only company in my area. Poor customer service! I would've respected them more if they was up front and honest instead of just giving me the run around as if someone was really going to come out to do the AC TUNE UP. smh

    This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They rarely answer the phone and if it is the woman that answers, it is guaranteed that they will hang up on you. I have a technician come out and said my Central AC simply needed maintenance and gave me a free coupon to get it maintenance. Well, surprise surprise, I called to redeem the coupon and was told there was an electrical issue with my AC so they needed to send the right technician since the previous technician couldn’t resolve it. I called and rescheduled, they guy came and he was rude. I mean really demeaning and kept telling me the same thing he previously told me and acting as though I was an idiot. The AC was frozen so they couldn’t do any work which is fair and was told they would come another day from 8-10, at 11am I called and asked if I was still on the schedule and it was confirmed but the window was 10-7. They never showed, never called and didn’t even answer the phone the next day. I work from home so it is not as though I could’ve missed the technician. I am livid. I called AHS and requested another company. Avoid at all costs.

    I can give zero I would. If you want to lose your money and waiste your time use this company. Scam to get money from the customers and the insurance company. Not clear explanation what they want to do or how much they going to charge, no warranty for labor or either the equipment... even if you tried to call no answer, bad customer service... I had been trying to get the paper work for a whole month even i been calling the home shield company because they force me to deal with this worse company ever without any solution...

    Our home warranty company assigned Frog to us even though they’re an hour away (!) because they are “highly rated”. By whom? Better yet — WHY??? Rather than write a super-long narrative, I’m going to let the highlights speak for themselves.

    1. Our furnace has been broken for two weeks and we called for service when it broke down.
    2. Frog was assigned to us but virtually every communication has been prompted by my husband. I don’t think they’ve called us once. If they have, it’s been once.
    3. My husband has spent hours trying to contact them, only to get messages their voice mailbox is full.
    4. Once when he got through and identified himself, he was put on hold after the woman said, “Oh, I’d better get someone,” then they hung up.
    5. Appointments were missed without notifications. When the tech finally did show up, it was without warning (no call he was on the way).
    6. When he “fixed” it, the furnace worked for 5-10 minutes after he left and hasn’t since.
    7. The cycle of fruitless calls started again. Husband contacted home warranty company — TWICE — to light a fire under Frog, but nothing has happened.
    8. It snowed today and it’s 53 and dropping in our house.

    This was the Twitter verse, friends. Imagine if I filled in the deets.

    Richard will not return any of our calls. They said our furnace two months ago needed to be replaced then after getting several estimates said it just needs a limit in it and to call in April and we can get their furnace/ac special and now they will not call us back. Time to complain with AHS warranty company, the BBB, and attorney general office.

    They took a month to get to my house to diagnose my ac issues. After that scheduled me 3 times between 10-7 so I waited around all day only for them to never show up and each time I had to call back to reschedule. They inevitable never came and I had to schedule with someone else. Poor customer service and lack of respect to families when making broken promises.
