    Horrible experience was lied to by technician said it only needed
    maintenance. But come to find out it needed a blower. Technician came out with wrong motor so in 90 degree weather I'm still waiting for a new blower and it cost me $375 + the diagnostic cost. The have incompetent people working for them

    UPDATE: I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Frog Pro. I called twice: 1/19/21 at 9:37. I was told the Service Manager would call me back. I called again at 1/21/21 at 11:23 and was told the Service Manager would contact me by the end of the day. It is 1/26, and I have yet to hear from anyone.

    Below is the original review from a few months back. I also corrected the amount I was charged - which was a little lower than I initially stated - but still significant.

    I've been debating leaving a review, but I think I need to for closure.

    Over the winter, I urgently needed my furnace repaired. I called American Home Shield (AHS), and they set me up with Frog Pro Services. They came to my home that night... in the dark... in the rain, and we set up an appointment for a few days later.

    I had an old unit, and they replaced it. I was very pleased!

    Here's where things take a turn. They noticed my AC evaporator coil was bad and asked if I wanted it replaced while the unit was apart. They said they contacted AHS and could have most of it covered. I agreed. It added $731 to my bill.

    They said they'd be back in April to check up on it. Coronavirus happened. On one of the first hot days, around Memorial Day, I turned on the AC for the first time. Only the fan worked.

    I tried calling Frog Pro numerous times and couldn't get through. Okay... virus, Memorial Day, first really hot day... I gave them lots of excuses.

    I called AHS to get another company to repair it, and they informed me that my AC coverage lapsed in 2016.

    I tried Frog Pro again. I got through and set an appointment. No show at the appointment time, but I got a call asking if I still wanted them to come that day. I did, and they showed up around 8:00.

    We discussed the situation, and a couple of days later, I got another call.

    My AC system is 22 years old. I've had a lot of work done on my house recently and decided to opt for the quick fix. I was told that through AHS, I could get it charged for $100. I said I was surprised since AHS told me I no longer had coverage. I was told they had a rep who could pull some strings.

    So I agreed.

    I was told to await an email with info. I didn't get it. I called numerous times with no answer, or getting cut off, or no response to voicemail. I finally got through and was told the email would be coming, and I got a verbal appointment for the upcoming Thursday. No call, no show, and after a few attempts of calling and texting, I gave up.

    I called another company. They showed me that the initial job was never completed, and the lines weren't even braised. I paid out of pocket for an entirely new AC system. I had paid for the evaporator coil, but the company doing the replacement didn't want the culpability of equipment they did not install.

    So, I wasted $731.

    I was so pleased with my initial service. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly, and even in the AC visit, they followed Covid-19 protocol. I like to support small businesses. I feel so frustrated that I was treated like this, but at least I have AC, and I can move on.

    This company is very unprofessional. They replaced my furnace and left the old unit in the basement. I called three times to schedule the pick up and no one showed up. I called/texted the manager Shawn and he never replied. It’s been over 6 months since they installed the new furnace and the old one is still sitting here. I suspected the poor quality of service after seeing the low ratings, but Shawn had assured me that everything was going to be taken care of.

    This company is a liar. They are supposed to replace my water tank and it has been over a month they are saying me that they have received authorization but every time I call, my case is with service manager who never calls back. Next day I have to call and repeat myself and it has been going on for over a month now. I am glad I read reviews on this forum.

    Stay away from this company at all cost. The Home warranty that I no longer have contracted them to come out to look at my furnace. I was told it was and high limit sensor when they were there. I then get notified that I needed to pay for wiring. Now the whole issue with the furnace was it was not lit. Contacted another company to find out it was only a loose wire. Yet there is no explanation of why I was needing the wiring. And why I was getting charged $385. This company rips people off.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

    Was scheduled as a priority appointment for 5pm yesterday due to no heat, come 6pm still had not heard from them and nobody had showed up. I called both numbers provided no less than 10 times over the course of the evening and never got ahold of anyone. I also left 2 voicemails stating what was going on and my contact information, never heard back. It's now 10:40am the following day and I still have not heard from them and nobody has showed up. This place is a JOKE. Thank God I was able to find another company to come out on short notice, now I don't have to worry about my 2 kids not having heat in their home when it's -8 outside.

    This company is very unprofessional. RUN AWAY AS SOON AS YOUR HOMEOWNERS WARRANTY SCHEDULES THEM!!!!

    Pretty sad when you hear the female on the line pick up and say, what the hell does she want she needs to stop calling we’re not given them their money back, before placing me on hold and not being an adult about me trying to tell them that they NEVER showed up to our house for a service call which they claimed they did. My number is the only one on the account so they did not call me. The technician claims he showed up to ,
    our house but I can 1000% guarantee that he did not They claimed they showed up to my house for a service call that was scheduled with my homeowners warranty and they never did! They never called. We were home all day between 9-5 when they claimed they would be stopping by. We have security cameras all over our property and they show no service van from them. Then instead of having good customer service and calling or emailing to try and reschedule they waited until I called the next day at 1:50 in the afternoon to say hey, what happened yesterday?! I told them that their technician never showed and he was a complete straight up liar about calling me or showing up to my house but they weren’t hesitant to claim the $100 from the home warrant company. Now they’re being very unprofessional and I’m trying to call and they place me on hold every time. Be professionals and adults and have responsibility.

    I was hoping that all the bad service reviews from everyone else were a lie but I see that they were not!

    Don’t worry I’ll be calling a lawyer!

    I scheduled the apt. for gas furnace but they had send the technician for AC. The scheduling representative lady was so rude. I would not recommend this company service for anyone.

    I urge you DO NOT GO WITH THIS company or even work for them. I’m sure the 2.2 star rating is enough. They not only screw their customers over they are willing to screw their employees over too. They are completely irresponsible , unreliable and disorganized! They must not care about their business at all. I have never seen a more unprofessional place! I honestly don’t even know how they have manage to stay in business.

    DO NOT CALL OR TRY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE…..HORRIBLE BUSINESS WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEMS OR SHOW UP TODO THE JOB FOR THAT MATTER….. JUST A SCAM RAN COMPANY WHO DOESNT GIVE A CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER JUS MONEY…..
