We had our system and vents cleaned. They were not thorough. The man asked to use our shop vac . He didn't do all vents and did a horrible job. He left his things behind and our house a mess with poles and drop cloths. They also told us that we needed 4 lbs of freon and filled without asking. I refused to pay for that. It was confirmed by another company that it was impossible that we needed that much freon. Unprofessional. Rip off.
Frogs Pro services went above and beyond to meet and exceed standards for customer service. They treated me not like a customer but like family and jumped through numerous hoops to get my AC back up and running ASAP. Stephanie, Pat and Shawn I cannot thank you all enough for all you did for us over the past week. If you need HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing work of any kind make this company your first choice.

The guy was friendly and very respectful They put shoe covers on before entering my home!! I highly recommend this company!!
My sister tried to get services with this company. She asked all of the typical questions when seeking services regarding a furnace. Not only were they unprofessional and rude towards her and the warranty company, the representative hurled multiple racial slurs at my sister! It may not matter to most, but to some it does. Glad it is known and not hidden.
They seemed so nice but they are so disorganized... They have never returned my voicemails. They said they were going to contact me four days ago but they've ghosted me. Three times now they didn't show up for the appointment... When I do talk to them they are always super nice though. So it's just a complicated relationship, be ready to be ghosted.
I had both a new furnace and air conditioner installed about a year ago, and Frog Pro repaired some duct leaks and installed attic insulation. Prompt service, reasonable prices, very professional and upfront. I would recommend them and recently had them quote a job at my workplace since I was very pleased with the work they performed at my residence.

Have asked the home warranty to find another HVAC contractor to help resolve. Hmm, how many times can I call off work in two months before I wise up?
11 days and a no show. Horrible cust svc. Was given to me by American Homeshield, who was sorely disappointed in their lack of svc. AHS called another firm (AirMax) who came to the home WITHIN 20 MINUTES of the call. Fixed the issue, even blessed us with a gift. Would never recommend Frog Pro.
The absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my lifetime. 72+ hours without messages returned, on hold for 20+ minutes when I called to see where the technician was after the first no show, constantly has their phone lines busy, full voicemails, etc. Go anywhere but here.
