    It took for them a whole month to come last year, they are not professional at all, I used them because they were assigned to me by AHS. They installed a brand new unit last year and my AC went off again, they are not taking my calls, put me on hold and then hang up. I definitely would not recommend them.

    I would like to say this is the BEST contractor we've ever highered! Our AC went out on a rental property in Columbus while we were in Cancun. I called our previous company which I will not name. They told us we had a bad compressor and the system needed replaced. We called Frog Pro taking a shot in the dark on google for a second opinion. A tech named Bear came out to check the system. Within 15 minutes he called us back letting us know we needed to replace a capacitor. So for 185.00 we fixed our AC versus 3500.00 for a new one. Needles to say we were able to enjoy the rest of our time in Cancun! Thank you Frog Pro Services for being an honest contractor! We'll refer you to all of our friends! And thank you Bear for being an honest Tech. You have a customer for life!

    Over three weeks waiting for correct evaluation of furnace shut down. Rarely answers calls only to set follow up appointments that they fail to meet. I am reporting to better business bureau Monday. American home warranty needs to drop them. Btw they don’t answer calls either. Fed up.

    The technician made a mistake when repairing our AC. After we called in he came back a few days later. Said that he needed to order a new part and never came back. It’s been 6 weeks.
    We had an appointment 2 days ago and today. They never showed and never called.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. I honestly can’t even comprehend how a company can be so disgustingly awful and yet stay in business throughout Covid. If someone has a severe medical emergency or dies due to the neglect and dishonesty of this company, then I truly hope that Frog Pro will finally be held accountable for their atrocious actions and words.

    Had the BEST experience. Choice Home Warranty sent them to my house, and ‘Bear’ came to fix my AC... with diagnostics, repairs, and checking out, he was finished in less than an hour. Super nice and professional, and had the personality perfect for his job. Working with the public isn’t always easy, but he genuinely enjoyed his job, and had the personality to make me not feel stupid with my random questions. Definitely will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs HVAC assistance.

    This company is a scam. Had to use them to diagnose my AC when it broke through my Home Warranty Company. Weeks went by and they never submitted the diagnosis to the home warranty company. Someone from the company called me and told me they had connections with the warranty company and I would pay them $2,500 then they could replace my AC. The Home warranty company knew nothing about this. This company is not honest and should not be trusted.

    They installed new a/c because old system leaked cooling fluid. They system never worked. Called to have them come see why, excuse after excuse why they didn’t show up. To cold to work on a/c was most common. Never called to let us know they were not coming after giving a 3-5 hour window to wait. Called one time promised to check on when they would arrive. I was told they would check, get back to me in 5-10 minutes. Never called when I called stopped answering calls. Finally called in another company. They came in weather that was colder than Frog would have claimed was to cold. Added cooling liquid, because there was never any put in system. It runs great after much aggravation. Go else where. They lie and do not follow through!!!!

    A friend of mine is currently suffering through hot weather for over 2 weeks due to this company's complete lack of proper communication with his rental property's home warranty. This company should be ashamed of itself.

    After a few initial communication issues, I had great service with this company! Andrew and Chris did an awesome job figuring out what was wrong with my furnace. They took the time to check several different things that could be wrong, and had it working in an hour. So happy to have heat before this coming cold weekend, Thank you so much!
