Geisel Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Thank you to Ed and FHS. Coldest day of the year so far, and the furnace decided to stop working! Called FHS and they got someone out right away. It was a pain to get the part, but Ed managed to get it. Even came back the same day to get it installed after hours. Thanks again!

NEVER call these people for A/C service. We were told on the morning of June 2 that a part was needed for the repair and that it would be ordered and the tech expected to be back with it the following week. late the next week, having heard nothing, I called the company and was told it was a special order part, hard to find, but had finally been found and would be in probably the following week. Temps now traveling into the upper 90s, we call on Monday, June 12 to find out what's going on. Told that part is still not in, but that tech will call us later that day to update. No call. Call on Tuesday June 13 and told "there is a box sitting here but we haven't opened it yet so we don't know if it's your part". They call back about noon on 6/13 to say that it IS the part needed and that they have scheduled service for the FOLLOWING MONDAY (a week away). When I say that is not acceptable, given that we have already been waiting more than a week for promised repair, they say there is nothing they can do. I used to like this company. Will never use them for anything again. HORRIBLE customer service.

After reading some of these negative comments I was worried. I know you can't please everybody but I had a very good experience. Ed, the technician was prompt and very polite. Not only did he tell me what was wrong with my furnace but he showed me. My furnace is old and I will be needing one in the future and I know who I'll be calling.

FHS is the best. Helped install an amazing Trane system in our previous home and now is helping to maintain our boiler. Great people and service.

Been using this company for years. Today Brian Miller came and he is the best .very kind and professional easy to talk to .

The technician I met tried to panic me into a whole new furnace instead of suggesting repairs to my existing one

Quick response and great service! Tim Trotter came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave is several alternatives to solve the problem. Very professional!

Worst company ever! Fred came over and was incredibly rude to my 80 year old mother in law and at one point PUSHED her out of the way. Didn't do any work and just left. Very disappointed

Heat went out last night, called them first thing this morning, they were here to check it out at 10 am came back a few hours to fix it. Great service!!!
