Matt came out at 7:30 at night to fix my central air, saying he did not want me to have to try and sleep thru another night without it. I was very impressed by Matt's kindness and prompt service.

Not only did he come out after regular business hours for a problem that could of easily waited for another day, but his fee for this "after hours" service call was likely less than what any other company would have charged me for service during regular business hours, I expected to pay at least twice as much!

I got 5 quotes for my furnace and air conditioner, Lakeshore had the best price and quoted me the same brand Heil. The owner installed the equipment himself and the work looks great! Very professional, they used drop clothes on the floors and cleaned up when they were done. They actually care about customer relationships and they do not over charge. I highly recommend them.

Come out and fixed out broken AC unit in a flash! He helped us get to back online and ready for the hot weather!
