Omar was an excellent and courteous technician!
He showed to me and explained everything he had done. He even pointed out areas that may need attention in the future. He spoke about AC upkeep and ways to keep the unit clean and clog free during the summer pollen season. He cleaned my crawlspace trap and changed the batteries in the thermostat. He's the best tech you guys have ever sent to me. Send him again for my next maintenance!

I used Fred's Home Services to install a new furnace last year and and a new A/C this year. They were always on time, professional and completed the jobs without issue. The installer Francisco who installed the new A/C system was patient, kind and answered all of my questions. He also did a great job installing the A/C which works great. My furnace went out this morning, my home warranty company selected Fred's Home Services for my repair services. The young lady was very helpful on the phone and arranged a same day appointment for me which was unexpected but I was grateful for the availability. Dave was my technician. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and even explained every step in the process of trying to repair my furnace. For a new home owner is was very reassuring that Dave took his time , tried to even start the unit until the replacement part could be picked up.
