    Was called on gas company's insurance plan, and Fred's home service was sent. They got the heat on, and it was all down hill from there on. The tech said it wasn't the correct furnace for my building, the exhaust wasn't correct, and had to call the gas company then and void my contract, which they did within 15 minutes, then the tech had to call the manufacture to void the rest of my furnace warranty. The furnace has been in for over 11 years, and had this same problem only once before about 5 years ago. When the gas company voided the insurance, the also voided my home insurance also. I was really glad I didn't tell them who the great company that installed both furnace was. This wasn't a safety issue only how the exhaust should or should not have been installed. Arrogance is not a virtue tech.

    Lazy plumber with no skills. I had the misfortune of this company getting getting assigned to my home warranty claim for two bathroom sink faucets and on my tub. The person sent out has absolutely no business being called a plumber. He was not able to take apart either simple Kohler sink, but thought he could get similar replacements...I'm happy to get them replaced but sheesh, you can't even take it apart and try tightening?

    Then before trying to look at the upstairs tub plumbing at all, he started to sell me on how there's nothing he can, he'd charge $1,500-$3,000 to repair the tub, and maybe I should just redo the whole bathroom. When I told him I'm not interested in that and I just want the tub repaired, he went out to his van for over an hour, then came back in to tell me his boss doesn't want him touching it," even with access he would not look at it. I did remove the panel and he still wouldn't even go upstairs again! He instead falsely reported it as a "jacuzzi" without access to the home warranty company to so my claim would be denied. That's completely untrue, it's a regular soaking tub, and there is an access door (pictured) that I offered to open up.

    I then called the dispatcher who arranged the appointment with me to report this behavior, and complain about wasting three hours of my work day to get absolutely nothing accomplished. They didn't want to hear any of it, kept talking to me about not being a carpenter (totally irrelevant) and that even with access he doesn't have knowledge of bath tubs. Really??! THEN HOW IS HE A PLUMBER?! I have absolutely no plumbing expertise but it took me all of 30 seconds to loosen the hose.

    Now I've been on the phone with HSA home warranty for over an hour (and still am) trying to refute the false information given for denying my claim. If "Pete" didn't want to work today, he should have just stayed home.

    I can't speak for the other services this company offers, but if you are in need of a plumber: do yourself a favor and call ANYONE else!

    It has been over 24 hours and no response to emergency sump pump issue. The phone number is a call center and there has been no call back from Fred’s. AHS warranty contract with them and we wait while basement can flood at anytime. Will not recommend this company or AHS! Fred may have to get another call center or maybe answer their own darn phone!

    We had the pleasure to work with this company on a replacement of our existing HVAC and AC units. John was right on with expectations of his workers around timelessness and dust/cleanliness managment. Price was the best received for the ask and well worth ever penny. Suprised to see any negative commentary, I would recommend highly based upon our experience.

    Nightmare! I was told they were at the mercy of my FAKE Home Warranty Services, which I agreed with them to repair AC unit without Home Warranty Service involvement, was told they couldn't??? Found out through other Heating Cooling Co. that it WAS NOT the problem FHS diagnosed, other company got my AC unit up and running, after almost a month down dealing with FHS and my FAKE Home Warranty Service! AVOID FRED HOME SERVICES!

    Andy and Brad did a great job fixing the water leaks. Cleaned up after themselves, too. Couldn't be happier.

    The service man gave his opinion and I did appreciate his honesty. He reset my limit switch, which in his opinion may be the problem at this time.

    Ryan came out ,on time, and listened to my questions and looked at my A/C unit. Very professional and personal, he answered all my questions and more. I ended up signing a contract with them because I was so impressed and the price was right!
