Lanigan Heating & Air Conditioning

Had all my CO detectors go off and I called Lanigan HVAC to have them check it out. They responded within the day and was able to get the CO close to specifications but needed to schedule a follow up to complete a thorough cleaning and did the next day. Numbers are way within specifications and our family is feeling completely safe thanks to Lanigan HVAC. Thank You again for the Great Service!

My experience with Lanigan was awesome. My daughter was getting married in 5 days when the AC quit. They where at my house the same day the AC quit working and fixed the problem.

Dan and his crew worked very hard to answer all of my questions and provide best options for my furnace and airconditioner needs. BEst bpart is their timeframes were specific and well-communicated - I would received regular text confirmations/reminders about our scheduled appointments. I work for a small company over in Euclid and we have an HVAC unit that is an all in one unit that fits in a large closet. We have experienced problems with this unit for the last three years and have no fewer than 4 different technicians working in it during those 3 years. Once again with the heat and humidity outside the unit started giving us trouble. Lanigan was referred to me by one of their current customers. I was skeptical at first but after getting the appointment set quickly and working with Mike the technician , my fear subsided. They were all fantastic to work with. Mike reviewed the problem, was systematic in his methods. He had a few times where he could have said "good enough" . "its running", but didn't. He wanted to make sure the problem was solved and in fact, he did get to the root cause and I could not be more satisfied. Lanigan is now the only company I will call for HVAC work, and I will certainly refer them at any chance i get, Thanks again!

I am so glad I contacted Lanigan Heating & A/C !! I woke up on a Sunday to a 63 degree temperature and although I might like that in August, it was a cold wintry day a week or 2 ago !! Even though it was a weekend, Dan came out within a half hour and had my heat back on in minutes. I recommend Dan to anyone, he is a great guy and you can trust him and his team anytime. 10 star rating in my book !!!!!!!

Have had Lanigan for above services including most recent Gas water heater needed replacing. Came out the next day and installed new water heater. Very neat and considerate.
