Lanigan Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used Lanigan Heating and Air Conditioning three times in the last few years. Each time they have been very professional, showed up at the expected time and worked efficiently. They respond immediately to inquiries and have great communication throughout service. Over the course of our service calls, I have spoken to many of the staff and all have been genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Lanigan for both heating and cooling services!

Lanigan did a great job on a full furnace, AC replacement. Courteous, professional, took the time to answer some of my off-the-wall questions. Most impressed by the quality of the work - everything was installed with care and looks great! They took the time to make sure that everything was installed cleanly - aestheticallly pleasing with symmetry, straight, organized components, wiring, etc. - which isn't always the case with other companies!

Dan and his crew are the best! First, we had issues with our air conditioner which were taken care of promptly and just before the hot weekend. Then, our furnace was having issues. We decided to replace the entire system. They were so accommodating and worked around our schedule. We were so impressed by their professionalism that we added on an air duct cleaning as well. Dan even stopped by to check on the crew and the progress of the work. We will be recommending them to our friends and use them in the future.

My experience with Lanigan Heating and Cooling was nothing but superior. Dan made me feel very comfortable in the product, especially the fact that Amana is made in the USA and not China. My focus was on getting the cleanest possible air. Dan configured a system that included a HEPA filter, electronic media filter, a UV scrubber and Ozone generator at a very competitive price! The installation crew (Mike and Kyle) did an excellent job of setting up the new system as well as cleaning my ductwork. In a day and a half the old system was removed and I had a new state of the art heating and cooling system installed. The air in my house smells so very clean now and we all breathe easier having allergies. Bottom line is I would recommend Lanigan Heating and Cooling to anyone seeking a new system or service.

We've been using lanigans for a few years now and they're incredible every time we need them. They're always on time, friendly, and get the job done! They make sure you understand the problem so you know what you're paying for. Don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff or extra services you don't need! We will continue to use lanigans forever ❤

Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't mind me hovering some to learn what he was doing. We have a boiler and there was air in the radiators on the second floor with no bleed valve, so I was interested how he was going to get the air out. I would definitely recommend this company for the value and friendliness.

Love how detailed they are when communicating what's going on with your HVAC system. They don't over charge for service and they don't do any work with your permission. Punctual and on time, very considerate when dealing with my family and then called to explain everything to me as the home owner. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Will absolutely be using them for however long I live in Lake county!

They did a great thorough job on my furnace and tankless water tank maintenance. Will for sure use again.

Not only did I luck out and get the owner for my service call , Dan Lanigan , but he was, honest , super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing . There aren't too many owners of businesses that have Dan's work ethic . I told him he's a dinosaur !!! Lake County is lucky to have this business and I will DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of work done .
