Lanigan has done numerous work for me, from clean out my air ducts, to checking furnace and servicing my air conditioning, to replacing my hot water tank. They have always done a fantastic job. They were very professional and always cleaned up so well that you never even knew they had been there except for the fact that everything was working again. After living in my condo for three years without any service, I needed the peace of mind that my furnace was in good condition with winter looming. The service man from Lanigan arrived on time, was extremely professional and friendly. I watched as he tested several parts and cleaned the inside. He showed me the reading on a faulty part, and he gave me the option of replacement or of waiting. He had the part in his truck and efficiently replaced it. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and highly recommend this company!!

We have used Lanigan Heating and AC for the replacement of our AC and Furnace in 2021. They used top tier Amana equipment for both systems and the way they both run knows we made the right decision. The Furnace is so quiet when running we had a hard time believing it was on at first. Our home gets cool so fast now and no more loud blower sounds.

Dan and his team are very professional from the start when we first called to the moment they pulled out of the driveway. Tom installed both systems and his work is amazing along with his attitude. Any concerns I had or questions asked, Tom was on top of it fulfilling my requests for information or how to properly take care of my systems between service checkups.

Dan and Taylor were also a pleasure to work with, also responding to emails and calls within the day, really within the hour every time. I asked for multiple estimates on different options, bugged them about features and options, not once did they not respond to the fullest with all the info I needed to make the purchase decision. Because of their service, I knew I was going to be happy paying for the 96% efficient furnace up front to save money down the road.

Very friendly and experienced service. The tech explained what he was doing and showed me readings on his gages for performance in the burners and gave me tips on filter replacements. This is a great company from the scheduler to the techs. Very responsive and followed-up after the visit! They also quickly replaced a water heater for me last fall with the same customer care. This was my first time using Lanigan & first time ever to have ducts cleaned. I was referred to them by a friend. I appreciated their responsive communication before the appointment. The two techs showed up on time and got right to work. They were professional & friendly and made sure to put back anything they had to move exactly where they found it. Cleaning took about 3 hours in total. My only complaint is that they dumped the loose dirt from the duct cleaning into my garbage can, which I'll now have to clean. Overall, I would recommend this company.

I have been using Lanigan for all of my heating and cooling needs for years. We recently purchased a new home that was in desperate need of an updated hvac system. They serviced our units at our previous home regularly and cleaned our ducts also.
The Lanigan crew came out and busted their butts to ensure our house would stay at comfy temperatures going forward. Our new system is flawless and quiet. They even recommended a new thermostat with sensors to ensure all the levels of our home would be at a comfortable temperature. The crew is professional and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. They even played with my dog and son when they were done working! I could not be any more happy with the work performed. I highly recommend using Lanigan for any of you HVAC needs!

UPDATE: 2 years later--Well, as it turned out I did need their excellent services again when I noticed a water leak from my air conditioning system. One email request (it happened middle of night) and they came quickly and replaced a faulty pump. Same fast response, same quality repairs, and reasonable prices. Definitely the company to call when you need the very best!
