Absolutely the best! 1st time having Lanigan H&AC out for an HVAC bi-yearly system maintenance check on a 10 yr. unit and could not be more pleased! On time, courteous, knew exactly what needed to be repaired/replaced; straight forward terms for the Invoice. I can't wait to tell the other condo owners about Lanigan!!

We called and had a in home humidifier add to our furnace. When requesting the quote they were very responsive and replied quickly. I received my quote and was able to schedule to have the service completed all within a few days. They were in and out quickly. Cleaned up any mess. Best of all the were professional and reasonably priced.

Warm weather has arrived and I find my AC not working. I was afraid I would need a new unit, but the guys did a great service check and found all I needed was a capacitor. Great guys great service honest!! The only company you will ever need!!

Dan Lanigan and his company are an incredible resource for all of your heating, air conditioning and Hot water tank needs. I’ve used them not only for my personal home, but for my rental properties as well! They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, offer very good prices and are prompt especially during times of emergency! I have several examples to mention when my heating system was not operable during frigid temperatures and when my AC was frozen during those HOT & Humid summer days! Most recently my Hot water tank blew this past week and the morning of my call Dan dropped everything and had a new tank installed within hours. Lanigan HVAC was awesome to work with. We needed a vent for a dryer that we installed in our new place of business. Dan was able to run the duct work through the roof of the building and get us up an operating. The work was top-notch.

Wonderful experience! Called Lanigan Heating after another company failed to fix our issues after $500 in cost. Lanigan was able to come out the next day and fixed our issue at half the cost! They were professional and honest and I will definitely use them again for any needs we may have!

When my furnace had a CO leak, and I found out I needed to replace it, I began getting estimates. Lanigan was recommended to me by four friends. Greg and Kyle arrived on time and worked the ENTIRE time that they were at my house (from 8:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). Dan also stopped by a couple of times to check in on progress and assist. They all were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as they were working. Greg gave me a quick rundown of how to work my new thermostat, but also suggested that I watch some YouTube videos so I could learn to use all of the bells and whistles. After they left, it didn't even look like anyone had done work at my house. My basement was spotless, as was the outdoor area where the A/C unit had been installed. I will be using Lanigan for all HVAC related services, including my yearly maintenance, going forward. So impressed with the service I received and my overall experience with the company.
