Lanigan Heating & Air Conditioning

They came quickly to our rescue when the heat at our center was blowing cold air. They were very personable, provided us with fast service and fairly priced. They also did duct extension at my house and did a quality job! Definitely first ones on my "emergency" list.

Lanigan is updating my old house and new addition, with whole house air and heating. New generator to keep electric flowing during power failures. Excellent communication, knowledge and work ethics.

Had our AC not working correctly on a very hot day, May 24th. Called Lanigan on Monday the 25th, after reading Facebook reviews & was told they could have someone out within 2 hours, in fact he was a bit early. Very nice young guy, I told him that the system had done the same thing several years ago, the evaporator had froze over because of a low charge. He checked & the system was a bit low. Long story short, I was charged a service call of $95, which I had no problem with, but was charged $300 for 3 lbs of R22 refrigerant. Im retired from a service industry, not in home HVAC, but I know what a 30# tank of R22 sells for. I know they don't sell at cost & have to make a profit, but I thought this was a bit extreme for 30 min of work which was to talk on his phone while the refrigerant was being added & to check the temp of the air from the furnace vent. I went ahead & paid without question, but will think again before using the service.

Was able to schedule quickly for an AC repair service. The communication was very good and the technician arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable and explained the issue well. The pricing was competitive and there was no overselling. He also was able to share an excellent recommendation for an unrelated HVAC issue. Great experience.

Dan gave me best estimates on AC and new boiler. Nicole scheduled both jobs, the Men showed up explained what they were going to do and got to work. Very professional knew what they were doing. Upon completion they cleaned up and explained how the systems worked. Thanks Dan and crew for jobs well done.

Kyle and Steve were at our 3,000+ sqft home for about 6 hours. They did a thorough job and were both very professional. I would highly recommend this company for duct cleaning.

Have known Dan for years. He is a truthful and honest person. He came in to check over the furnace. He explained what the issues where, what he recommended to fix them. And even followed up with me a few days afterward to make sure that what he did fixed the issues and that I didn’t have any complaints. Top notch guy and will have him back out if we have issues with ac or furnace in the future!

P.s. my dogs love Dan. When he first arrived he spent about 5 min just petting them and allowing them to get to know him. If my dogs like ya, it says a lot about you!

Can't say enough...they are great. I have used for my furnace and now my hot water tank. Guys are all great and leave things very clean when done. I have used a lot of contractors and they are by far the best!
