Lanigan has always been great to work with. They just installed a new hot water tank for us. They are prompt and we are very pleased with their work.

There was a puddle of water around the floor of my furnace. Dan came out and took care of the clogged pipe from my humidifier. He then connected a clean out for future maintenance so this doesn’t happen again. Dan is very friendly, professional and definitely knows what he’s doing. My AC blew out and unfortunately did so on the hottest day we have had so far this Summer, leaving my home a steady 89 degrees while I was at work. There was a small leak that they were able to quickly fix. Since the furnace was under warranty, it was no charge. They went ahead and performed their yearly inspection. Kyle was polite and knowledgeable and did not seem to mind me watching for a few minutes and answering any questions I had.

I sold my house and inspection report showed the need for a couple HVAC repairs. I called, told them my situation and they came out the next day and fixed them. An additional issue came about a few days later, and once again, they were right back out to fix that issue. Dan, Matt and Steve - all great! And very reasonably priced. The Lanigan team did an amazing job with my boiler. They responded to calls quickly, were on time for the estimate & installation, and were very detailed about the service they were going to perform.
The new installation went great - all piping, fittings, and connections look great. Nothing bent, crooked, or rigged up. After they were done, the area was cleaned and it didn't even look like anyone was there.
