The crew was very professional and courteous upon arrival. They even arrived a little early, which is always a plus! Taylor communicated a schedule adjustment a few days in advance that affected our initial scheduling time and it was no problem adjusting given the timely head’s up. All in all, we had a great experience using Lanigan. They were all very pleasant to work with from the initial call to get a quote through job completion.

These guys not only installed my central air but have been maintaining it since. Tuned up my boiler and have been maintaining it as well. Always prompt and courteous, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Lanigan was very responsive to my service needs. They scheduled us next day. Kyle was even ahead of schedule and reached out to see if he could come out earlier than expected. He was very professional and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our service. We will be using them again!

Service was professional. Arrived on time, set the proper expectations for install time. Took time to address all questions about new equipment. Made sure work area was clean prior to leaving. Price of services are exceptionally reasonable. And fast, they were able to replaced A/C, furnace and hot water tank on same day.

Great job! Dan and his crew did an awesome job installing my A/C system. They were on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. When they were done, the start up process was explained and tested. The crew did a great job cleaning up and everything is working great. I can't say enough about the great experience I had. I called Lanigan Heating & Air Conditioning in November, just when it was starting to get cold. I have a boiler system and had no heat. The owner, Dan came right out. He knew exactly what the issues were. Explained everything to me and showed me the problems. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of replacing the boiler. Impressed with Dan's thorough assessment and ability to repair the boiler. Mike and Kyle removed the old boiler and installed the new boiler. They were polite,hard working and even cleaned up the work space . Great service. I would give them 10 stars.
