Heartland Heating & Air

Last fall, we had great service. We just wanted the heating system maintenance for the winter. I made the appointment online, and the service man showed up on time, cleaned up his area and was on his way. It was perfect.
These past two weeks have been quite a different story. We decided to get the AC serviced with all the heat we have had a few weeks ago. I made the appointment online, confirmation was sent to me by email and all was good. Tuesday's window of service was 10-2. No one showed. By 2 o'clock I frustrated as I lingered around the house waiting for someone to show. I called and left a message at 2, no one ever returned my call.
Thursday I called for a follow up. I realized they could have been extremely busy with the previous weeks heat so I wanted to give them a 2nd chance. I spoke to someone over the phone who took my name and number and preference of day to schedule. He explained that someone would call me to follow up and finish the scheduling. 6 days later, No phone call and today was the preferenced maintenance day. We are extremely disappointed with the service and we will from now on be doing business elsewhere.

I had problems with my furnace and another company pushed to sell me a new one. Mike came out and looked at it and all that was needed was a minor repair. Definitely an honest, respectful company. I'd recommend calling Heartland over any company!!!

I am so happy with this company! I had a water heater emergency at my grooming salon and Mike was there within half an hour, completely saved us from a disaster!
