I purchased my HVAC system from Stack in 2012. In the past 7 years, my system has performed efficiency and reliability. The few times I’ve needed assistance, the technicians that have serviced my system has been excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Today was no different. The issue I have is with costs. I was stunned when I was charged over $600 to replace a thermostat and a routine check of the A/C.

Excellent service. Affordable price. The furnace at my kids' house was blowing lukewarm air, so I scheduled a furnace check. The tech was thorough and fast. And he even installed a new thermostat that I had bought the week before. This is why I always choose Stack.

Our furnace started acted funny about a week ago. We had already purchased the service contract from Stack so we called them to come check it out. The first guy came and couldn’t really figure it out. I got home from work and called Stack back and they sent the gentleman who was on call. Connor came about 5:30 pm and spent about 2 hours taking apart our furnace. He had to order a part so we had to wait until Monday. I woke up Monday and the furnace was out. Anyways Connor had time to come and came by and when I got home from work the furnace was working fine. Their response time is always good. The technician that I have been in contact with was very professional and even wore little booties over his boots to avoid tracking mud and snow into our home. Thanks Connor and thanks Stack.

We have a maintenance agreement with Stack and they always remain on top of it. Matt seems to be our dedicated technician and knows all of our equipment. He is courteous, honest and a true professional. Would recommend Stack Heating & Cooling without reservation.

For close to 30 years Stack has maintained our 1940s boiler and finally upgraded to new a few years ago. HVAC, plumbing and electric are the most important components of your home and having the best do the work is just smart, choose the ones who get it done right the first time, communicate with you and follow up. Never been disappointed with Stack❤️

We purchased a Lennox furnace and air conditioning system from Stack. The system is everything and more than we expected. The sales person, Jeremy, took extra time to explain everything. His knowledge and relaxed style of presentation allowed my husband and I to take our time in making the final choice. We had multiple quotes on different systems. Stack was not the least expensive, but our decision was made on the entire presentation and service throughout the quote process. After installation and enjoying the new system in our recently colder temps, it has reassured us in knowing we made the right choice.

It easily passed installation inspections. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Stack Heating & Cooling, Jeremy and the installers in the future.
