They are very responsive and easy to work with. I love how easy it is to get a good electrician when you need one. We went through 3 private electricians before we started using Stack and now we won't use anyone else. Recently we had an electrical emergency where our meter was ripped off when a tree hit our house. I spoke to their scheduler around 8:30am and and they had someone out working by 9:30. Last year bought a new ac unit from them and they did a wonderful job communicating with the city for us to get permits and inspections. Highly recommend!

Darren the service tech was awesome. He came out and inspected everything thoroughly. He was courteous and professional. Walked me through and explained everything he was doing to maintenance the hvac system. Excellent experience!

Recently hired Stack to replace a recalled electrical panel, rework grounding and install GCFIs and 2 ceiling fans in our new house. We had to purchase from out of town and the house turned out to be a patchwork of do-it-yourself electrical work. Brandon was the lead on our complicated multistep project and helped guide us through all the surprises once underway. He broke down different choices we had at each turn and how it would affect our estimate and finished product. My family's safety and happiness with the work always came first. Brandon also had an eye for detail that helped with the aesthetics. I won't hesitate to use Stack again for future projects.

Stack installed our AC system 3 years ago. I would cover and hose off th outside unit and replace air filters periodically. Steve, the service technician, thoroughly checked everything. Then he removed the side panels and top of the outside compressor to completely clean the coils, fan, and bottom tray. It looks brand new. I feel confident that it will operate efficiently for many years.

I called One Hour Heating ( Mitchell) from Avon to diagnose furnace failure. They sent me their guy to diagnose and fix my problem. After 2-3 hours he told me that it wasnt the furnace, it was the electrical from the furnace to the breaker and explained I needed a electrician. It’s cold outside so I go into panic mode calling a electrician for same day service…….505.00 later from One hour and, I call Stacks and two guys show up. Within 30 minutes, they not only figured out ( rather quickly) but had my furnace working perfectly. Stack’s have my business from now on……

The power was out in a portion of my house. The electrician, Nathan, arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was up front and direct with the solution and pricing. I currently have the follow up repair scheduled.

Ty and Kevin were very professional and explained everythingas they went. Tgey presented all the options to choose from for cosmetics and functionality. They performed over what Jeremy the salesman said they would and went beyond what he promised. I would highly recommend them.

Developed a dead short in one circuit at my condo. Could not find the source after considerable effort. Needed a real pro to trouble shoot and solve the problem so breaker would not keep tripping and service would be returned to that circuit. The very day I called, an electrician arrived and with great skill and perseverance solved my problem and restored my circuit. Having a special needs son for whom I am caregiver, the restoration of that particular circuit returned both internet and television which are central to his being. Prior to the repair I had hourly night and day respond to his routine being disrupted. Thank you, Stack. I finally was able to sleep through the night and so was my son whose routine was re-established with the repair.
