Stack Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric

We have been using Stack for over 5 years and will continue to do so. We primarily have used them for heating and cooling services, primarily the yearly maintenance of our heating and cooling system. As well, we've utilized their services for a significant amount of electrical updates, sizeable plumbing updates, and most recently with the addition of a whole new heating and cooling system. Not only do they offer incredibly reliable and good service. With all 4 of their departments, its evident that Stack is a good employer who treats their employees well, as all of the service techs seem to enjoy what they do. I'm always comfortable with the team of professionals Stack has working in our home when we need their service, and am happy to leave this review.

We use Stack for all of our HVAC needs. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and have competitive pricing. They've always shown up during the scheduled time frame, including emergency evening and weekend calls. They do high quality work and stand by it. We had a wiring issue once after a previous installation that manifested at night and they had someone out to fix it within the hour at no charge. Ty and Mark did a great job with our recent furnace and A/C replacement. We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

This is the 2nd time I have used Stack for electrical work…. I am certain they will be my call next time I need any of their services. I would and have recommended them to my friends……

After doing business for over 15 years and receiving an invoice, I was told that my accounts does not merit that service and had to pay immediate. I thought this was not a good sign of customer service.

Our Stack technicians were precisely on time,after the appointment was arranged.
They were professional in every step of the services we had to have done.
They quoted us a very reasonable price for diagnosis, and following repairs.
They were fast,and efficient in conducting all repairs necessary.
We were kept informed about all the services being provided, as they were being provided.
These technicians were certainly a cut above the rest,with great no-nonsense attitudes, which left an outstanding impression on us.
We will continue to be their customers, for sure.

Our tech Roger was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He was detailed in his explanation of what he found while he did the maintenance on our furnaces. I will definitely recommend Stack to family and friends.

When my air conditioner finally gave out after 20+ years, I selected Stack for a new unit due to my previous good experience with them, and believing they are a trust worthy business. I find them to be responsive and to look for the best options to match their clients needs. I had the new unit installed yesterday – so far so good! I am pleased with the professional service and the product.

Stack scheduled our job within a day of our phone call. They sent Christian, who arrived promptly at 8:00 and was ready to go. He inspected our problem toilet and gave us options of repair or replace.
We decided to replace. He was gone only an hour to pick up the model we requested and had it installed very quickly. He cleaned up the job site and disposed of the old toilet for us. Christian was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and was so nice we didn't mind paying the bill! (almost) When we need other work done, we'll call Stack and we'll request Christian.

Sewer issue in garage:
After I did some research, I chose Stack. They have excellent customer service. When they came out, they were very detailed and also determined in finding the source of the problem. After their hard work they were able to resolve the problem. They used their expertise and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend them.
