The staff here makes it a point to remain very courteous throughout your interaction with them, it is so nice to be working with an honest business. I had an instance where another company did not fix my unit properly so we had stack come out and fix it. The did an absolutely excellent job.

That Stack Heating and Cooling has the best customer service that I have ever seen. The people were all very friendly and the service was very professional. The installers were great! There was no messy cleanup after them. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about the company. I am very pleased.

I recently had a complete hot water boiler installed at my home by stack. Jeremy the salesman was very knowledgeable, and was able to help us find the right boiler to fit our needs.

Just to give give a scope of the repair: they installed a new wall mount boiler and replaced all of my boiler pipes in my basement, as well as split my system from one zone to two zones. Now we can regulate the temperature between our first floor and second floor. In addition to all that, the new boiler also supplies our hot water. This was certainly not cheap, and my wife and I shopped around before picking stack.

Yes, they were the most expensive quote, but surprisingly not by very much. I got a quote for $1k less from an "independent " who asked if he needed to pull a permit. Uh, goodbye.

The installation went smoothly. They were surprisingly quiet given the scope of the work. The installation was top notch. All the piping was perfectly aligned, all installed in a neat and orderly fashion. They wore shoe covers. They labeled all of the important valves so if the need were to arise, I would be able to shut off the gas/water etc. After completion, they left my basement just about as clean as they found it.

If you are looking for excellent service, quality work, and price being somewhat of a secondary, there is nobody else out there that is better.

Just started using them and after a few visits the work was decent. The issue arose when we needed some work done which required a salesman to come quote the job. Never had this happen before so figured it was unique to them. Had to schedule this guy which I did. He came and his last words were “I’ll have this quote in your email by end of day” and confirmed the email address and left. That was a week and a half ago and I’ve been calling daily. I’m blown away how terrible this experience is and am even more amazed the guy won’t return a single telephone call. Needless to say, not recommending is an understatement.

Stack has always been exceptional and professional in the quality of their service in maintaining my heating and cooling needs.

Simply put, you get what you pay for. Those who go the cheap route on heating and cooling can in no way have the peace of mind that I have knowing Stack backs these products.
