John Cistone was the best plumber I have EVER had! He was at a different level in every aspect. He communicated throughout the scheduled work, showed me the poor condition of removed pieces, etc. He also went above and beyond in doing a quick shower head fix.

Service guy Jacob lied to me and told me that my brand new furnace did not have replacement part warranties, and that was right after he told me my brand new furnace was junk. Claimed my motherboard was burnt out, mind you I had only lived there for two days. Charged me to change my motherboard in my furnace claiming the company would covered the cost of the part, but before he left my furnace started doing the same thing it did before he repaired it, he went downstairs pulled out my filter and said oh your filters dirty and that's probably going to burn out your motherboard again if you don't change it. Then he continued to tell me how my brand new furnace didn't have any parts coverage so in the future I would have to pay for parts. So basically I paid over $700 only to have to go out to Walmart and buy a new filter because Jacob never checked the filter in the first place and that fixed the problem with my furnace. Very displeased with the services I received from this company and would like to cancel any service is going forward.

Technician Aaron Ivery arrived on time, and listened to my concerns as to what I needed. He did find another issue that I overlooked. After reviewing what repairs were needed, he put together a thorough estimate and scheduled a date and time for the repairs. I appreciate knowing exactly what will be done and what the cost will be up front! I’ve used this company before and have never been disappointed!

Furnace maintenance: John showed up on time was very courteous. The estimate was right on. He did a good job of explaining everything to me. He also cleaned up after work was done. Thanks for a job well done.

Mr. Travis was very helpful in addressing my electrical service needs! He was also able to give me a quote on other concerns in my home.

Jason, a plumbing technician drain specialist stop by my building today was very nice. Did what was asked of him did a great job you better call Wilson.

John Cistone did two separate projects at my house in early 2023. He is an expert in plumbing with 40 years experience. He was kind and helpful. Everything is expensive these days, but with John (and most other Wilson plumbers I’ve encountered) I walked away feeling that I paid a fair price.

Jared did an excellent job in installing the water heater as well as a pressure regulator and expansion tank. He was very professional and personable and patient while picking up a new water heater.

Wilson Plumbing and Heating is great, safe and affordable! I have used their services twice now. Jason K came out to my house both times. Easy and quick to schedule online or by phone. Actually called me after they had a cancellation to possibly come out sooner but I had to work. Excellent correspondence for reminders and a phone call ETA 10 minutes before tech arrived including an email that had the technicians picture. I highly recommend!

Jason K. was the man who came out to check on my pipe and he was very knowledgeable. He took out some roots in my pipe and gave great advice for the future. I'm very happy that I decided to go with Wilson Plumbing and Heating and will definitely call them again. Thank you for all your help Mr. Jason!
