Aaron and his team, Ron and Dylan, recently installed a 4-unit mini-split system in our 100+ year old home. Aaron and his crew installed AC for me. Aaron was super responsive and knowledgeable on the set up and consult visit and was able to schedule the installation quickly. On the day of, he and the crew were timely, respectful of the house, friendly, professional, skilled, and efficient in their work. They took excellent care of my house and completed the install with high level attention to detail and craftsmanship. Everything was neat, tight, and working perfectly. Aaron and his crew removed my old furnace and added central air to my house in one day. I was dreading the cost of adding central air to my home, but Aaron set me up with easy to use financing. And with a better price than three other quotes! The whole crew was polite and answered any questions I had. I'll definitely call them back for my hot water tank!

Highly recommend Novak Heating & Cooling for their responsiveness, communication, professionalism and quality service. We had the unfortunate need to replace two different AC units at our primary home in Bath and at a lake house several hours away from Akron. We reached out to Novak Heating & Cooling and they came out quickly to provide estimates, and once again to complete the work -- even during peak AC season of late spring into summer. We were incredibly appreciative that they were willing to help us at our second home, where is hard to locate tradespeople. In our case, we also had to replace a dryer vent/pipe and no one local was willing to do it. Aaron and team not only traveled to complete the work with a more efficient AC unit at around the same cost, but they also came in under budget. They are fabulous communicators, flexible, and beyond pleasant to work with, and that is highly important to me when investing in improvements and repairs (and incredibly hard to find).
