I must say, I'm very impressed with the service I received from Wilson Heating and Plumbing. They responded to my A/C problem right away. The Technician they sent out, must be one of their best!
He was highly skilled, courteous, friendly and explained fully what the problem was. His name is "Dusty Rust". This young man is a strong communicator and I also felt the company (Wilson) is an excellent value... I will definitely be referring this company to everyone one I know. Sincerely, a very satisfied customer!

Joe and Sherman had a large job ahead of them. The old cast iron main sewer stack in my nearly 100 year old home was in need of updating. Randy and Sherman not only replaced all the grey/black water plumbing in the entire house but hooked up my kitchen garbage disposal and bathroom vanity fixtures . They were both extremely professional and put down drop cloths to keep my floor clean. A+ outstanding service, very impressed !

First allow me to say that Jonathan was great. He was professional and very knowledgeable. But unfortunately my wife and I were extremely surprised of the cost. $500 was more than steep to change a shower handle that took him less than an hour of work. He didn’t even have to drill into the wall to get the old piece off. He did replace one small piece but the shower handle itself was purchased by me. It’s disappointing how so many are taking advantage of this “inflation” and gouging their customers. Happy we can turn on our shower again but very unhappy about $500 missing from our savings. (I would’ve given a higher rating if it wasn’t for the price.)

We had John, Jimmy, and Isaiah out today and they did a fantastic job of not only completing the job in a timely manner but a professional manner as well. I can’t speak enough of how personable and professional this crew was. These guys were as good as they come and they did such a great job of getting my family the comfort they needed with a new ac unit. Great job guys!! Thank you so much for your great work

I had some plumbing vandalism at a property and I called Wilson for an estimate for repairs. James was great! He thoroughly inspected the house for any overlooked damage. He was very polite and professional. The quote was very reasonable. I’m very excited to learn they not only do plumbing but also HVAC and electrical. I would highly recommend this company! I will be calling for my fall furnace inspection and for any unfortunate mishaps with my plumbing. Thank you!!

We were able to schedule a next day initial service call, and Randy was very knowledgeable, gave us quotes, and scheduled our service for the next business day. Jason was also knowledgeable and professional with the service call. He answered all our questions clearly. He let us see what the problem was on the camera; that was very interesting! And then the next day John and his team fixed our drainage problem. Thank you!

Called yesterday Sunday 4/23 @ 1:20pm and did get the answering service. Explained the situation. They were sending out a dispatch and also I did request a call back. Today, Monday 4/24 @ 9:30am still no call back and no one has shown up to do the repairs. Wilson replaced all plumbing in our house but yesterday the plumbing under the kitchen sink literally fell apart. I did go down to the basement to check on the pipe that goes down through floor. It appears that due to lack of hangers the weight of the water draining weighed down the pipe and pulled the drainage pipe apart. Apparently Wilson does not honor their warranty since they have not yet called or shown up. Thanks Wilson for the water I had to clean up under the sink and my husband thanks you since he is returning home a day early from camp to repair your GREAT!!! work.

Excellent as always. Aaron (Ivery) is both professional and personable and easily explains reasoning behind needed changes or source(s) or plumbing issues in a way we could understand. Someone needs a year end raise, and his name is Aaron Ivery.

Travis did a great job performing an electrical maintenance check. A few minor things were needed that he took care of while he was here. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m glad Wilson expanded into electrical and looks like they brought on great new people to add to the team.

They were prompt, super friendly, and professional. Jason took the time to explain how to work my new unit. He told me things to avoid that would decrease the longevity of my new tank. He cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend him!
