This is the worst company ever! Don't hire them if you want them to show up on time. They don't even call to tell you they're going to be late. I waited 2 hours for them to show up. When they finally got here they didn't even apologize for being late. And the price to replace a faucet was astronomical!

You guys are awesome. Downs comes out usually once a year to unclog my main drain. This year it needed replaced. The same guys show up every year. They are always very very nice. Excellent service at an excellent price.

James came out to do a pressure test and fix a couple of areas after a gas leak. He thoroughly explained everything as he went along, showing me just what he was doing. He answered any and all questions I had and was friendly and professional as he did it. I'd definitely have him back again to fix an issue.

I called on Monday and was told they could not come out till Wednesday and I agreed. Monday evening I got notified that they can come out Tuesday. Great! John Knapp was my technician. Very pleasant, polite and professional. He told me everything up front & what was to be expected & the timeframe. He was respectful of me & my home. He was efficient & timely. I highly recommend this company! I will definitely have them out to do work for me in the near future.
