This was a very professional and efficient interaction. They were able to get to my job next day, which was absolutely wonderful. The tech arrived shortly after receiving both a call and a text letting me know that my job was next. The tech was worked quickly and cleanly to replace a non functional garbage disposal. I would definitely use Wilson again for other jobs.

Jason was great. He was here to fix the negative pressure we had with our hot water tank. Very knowledgeable and a really nice guy.

STAY AWAY from this company. They are WAY OVERPRICED. They came out to give me an estimate and charge me $90 and told me they wouldn't have the parts for a couple of days. I called another company and they gave me an estimate that was one half the price! I looked up the parts on Home Depot's website and they came to $65. Wilson wanted to charge me $875. The technician that came out was very unprofessional and he was one hour late and didn't even call to say he would be late. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I got an appointment right away and they followed up with texts and emails. The tech, Jared, was very friendly and up front about costs and expectations. He had a difficult job to do and did it well. I also appreciate that he expected to clean up and took all the old parts. I have to admit I thought the price was a little high. But I realize; especially now, that good quality work is worth paying for.

Today I had my hot water tank replaced and a new toilet installed. The technicians came out same day and got me taken care of! I had a dangerous venting situation and they got that handled for me as well! Thank you so much to John C, Greg G, Joe W, and Jason B!

Wilson quoted for a water heater pressure tank and well pump. From initial call to quote to completed repairs was 3 days. They discovered unnecessary repairs and the cost was reduced by about 25%. This is my 4th job with Wilson and I would recommend them.

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and I will be sure to use Wilson in the future.

We had Travis Snyder from Wilson in when half the outlets in the house stopped working. In one morning, he got all but one back up and running and will return to put a new ground on that one. He was courteous and professional, as we have come to expect from Wilson employees.
