Jason Kowalski was very pleasant. He was on time and he explained everything to me very clearly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such great service and professionalism from a plumbing company. I will definitely use Wilson Plumbing for any future issues.

Not only was the office very friendly and cheerful, but they helped take care right away on a Friday afternoon instead of waiting until Monday at which I would have had no water the whole weekend. Within 1 hour Jason showed up at my door prompt and ready to help figure out what was wrong. After a few hours he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy even though I needed a new sewer line put in he made it possible for me to still smile and show me why I was having the problems I was. This was my first experience with Wilson company and will definitely be the first one I call and I'll make sure any of my family or friends call them first as well thank you Wilson and thank you Jason for everything I hope to not see you again soon but I know who to call.

Jason was excellent. Communication from company prior to his arrival was great too. He was clear about the possible complications of unclogging our toilet and pricing if there should be. He performed the service and fixed the problem efficiently, He was friendly and knowledgeable and we are happy with the outcome. I would call Wilson again for sure.

Mr.Head was extremely professional and courteous. Wife and I both felt that the fees were extremely fair for the amount of effort and commitment that Mr.Head displayed. Would DEFINITELY us this company for our future plumbing issues.

We had an unfortunate experience with another plumbing company, who misdiagnosed our issue big time and gave us bad advice. We followed up with Wilson, after a couple visits they seemed to have a solution. We scheduled for the blockage in our internal sewer system to be removed. Jason Kowalski came, and was incredibly professional and helpful. He fixed our problem, and even gave us advice on how to keep this from happening again. I hope we don't have another issue in the future, but if we do I'll be sure to request Jason again! My only complaint was that it took multiple visits for them to figure out what was wrong.

Wonderful experience! I’ve had several plumbers from Wilson’s perform services: Jason B., Randy, Jared, and Seth. All have been extremely professional and have resolved the issue at hand to my satisfaction. They provide trustworthy advice and don’t seem to mind answering any questions I may have. While the prices at Wilson’s aren’t the lowest, I don’t feel as though I’m getting ripped off, and you do get what you pay for.

Dusty from Wilson did a great job troubleshooting our 2 furnaces/AC units. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Easy to talk with about our issues. Dusty and the Wilson team do great work.

Chris did a great job explaining how the sewer will be repaired with new pipes. He marked where the excavation would be and had that team contact me. He put my order in as a priority and I received the date they will start and finish.

The technician was prompt, professional, and very educational. He took the time to help us understand our boiler system and was very down to earth. We did not feel at all like he was taking advantage of us, and we actually felt that the fixes he recommended were realistic and understandable.

I can not express how professional and down to earth this company is. They got our heat running with a winter storm coming, they went above and beyond.
