Trevor was great! Showed up on time, provided updates as he went, and made sure to tie up all of the loose ends when he was done.

I've had Safar out twice this Winter to fix 2 different furnaces, one was a major repair and one a very simple repair. Dispatch, service and follow up were all awesome from Laneys!

Safar was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He listened to my description of the problem and set to work correcting the problems he found. Afterword my furnace worked great (and actually the replacement of the capacitor for the fan that he replaced has that working better than it ever has in the 7 yrs I have lived at this house).
